If I use Kroger delivery, half the items are marked as out of stock and not delivered. I've even physically gone into the store thirty minutes after the delivery to buy the items that were "out of stock". When I complained, I was given a $20 online credit for my wasted time, which I've still not been able to redeem months later. It doesn't show up anywhere, I have to put in a note for someone to use it, AND NO ONE READS THE NOTES.
If I use Instacart delivery, I get rancid produce. I got cabbage with small black beetles in it last week. No matter who I use, the deli meat is never sliced correctly because again, no one reads the notes. I got bread that had a hole chewed through it by something.
We also get constant substitutions for items clearly marked to not allow substitutions - And once again, items where we DO allow substitutions have the notes completely ignored. The substitutions are always wrong. I received a clove of garlic instead of an onion once.
Today, we received shampoo instead of conditioner. But because ONCE AGAIN I haven't received a single message about the order status, I was unable to decline the substitution. I'm now waiting for the delivery to be marked as complete so I can get yet another refund.
The website appears to have killed our last order as well, because six items that were in the cart at the time of checkout didn't process and are still in the cart. We have constant website issues with it marking things for substitution after we already uncheck the "Allow substitutions" box. I check the box and give my number for text updates every single time I order, but a good 50% of the time I get zero notifications.
Support is terrible, but I think the worst part is that all these refunds happening because of their incompetence are probably part of why prices are going up...
Read moreWell , I normally have a pleasant shopping experience at the Kroger in Martinsville indiana but today was the worst . I had to go to the doctors today and I have my script s filled there . The script s are sent to them electronically . So I call to see if they are ready and the customer service person tells me she has no script for me at all . Well this seems fishy to me , because she gave me that same excuse two weeks ago . I waited in town for 3 hours , finally went home with no medicine . By then , the doctors office was closed and it was Friday . So I'm thinking I'm done for , ( for sure ) . I called the pharmacy about two hours after I'm home , she says yes we have it now , I'll get it ready for you . So this time , I was a bit more prepared . . I asked my doc how long it usually takes to send . She says . . 5 minutes . Lol So . . I call my doctors office to tell them what's going on and to ask her to call the pharmacy to find out why they're not receiving my script s . Doc's office calls me right back within 5 minutes and says . . Oh they have it now . REALLY ! ! ! So . . . . . Kroger pharmacy ! ! What's up with that ? Signed . . Bad...
Read moreHonestly this was by far one of the most disgusting crew at a gas station. Wasn't greeted even though my white collared fiance and myself were the only ones in the store. I mention his line of work because he was clearly just coming from work and just wanted to buy us some sodas before heading home. We didn't take but a minute to choose our drinks, I turn around to head to the register and one of the 2 workers were almost crouched beside the end cap nearest us just staring and watching and then proceeded to act non chalant when I realized because we are in a predominantly white town and they had clearly never been welcoming to anybody that doesn't match their skin tone. I'm looking around the store at the gum stuck to the floor and evidently mud or dog feces on the ground thinking to myself "my color is really stopping you guys from tending to the store and doing your jobs like idk CUSTOMER...
