It’s starts with the drive thru. There is no screen to confirm what they’re typing in, it is very hard to hear them, and they don’t repeat the order back to you. When I got my order, my chicken sandwich was made incorrectly, I was missing curds, and got onion rings I didn’t even order. The girl who brought me the food was completely helpless. When I noted that I was missing items and my sandwich was missing mushrooms, she told me they don’t have mushrooms even though she just handed me a mushroom and swiss burger. She just said “yeah I have no idea”. Awesome, super helpful. Was she high? Since she couldn’t do anything, she went and got someone else. A young man came out, but kept incorrectly repeating my order back to me. I asked him if he could write it down instead, so he went back inside. Then, the manager came out and wrote down the corrections. She did have the missing curds and chicken sandwich remade and even gave me two coupons (reason for at least 1 star). After another 5-7 mins, she brings the food. When I checked it, the cheese on the sandwich was missing, but she had already walked away. I had to go back through to the drive thru; I couldn’t even depend on the manager to get right. I told them that the sandwich they just remade is missing the cheese so they had me pull around. I should’ve checked right there, but didn’t notice until I pulled away that they gave me the wrong cheese for the sandwich. I went back to the drive thru a third time and told them that the remake had Swiss cheese, not American. I pull up to the window and the young male kid at the window wanted to argue with me that I only said it was missing cheese, not Swiss cheese. Are you serious?!!? Customers have to tell the employees to use a little common sense and check the ticket..?! Absolutely ridiculous to argue with a customer when it took me four attempts to get the correct food. The chicken ended up being rubbery and inedible. The food that had to wait on all the mistakes was cold by the time I got home, and the lemon cooler I was melted. It was one of the most frustrating fast food experiences of my life, and I should actually request a refund for this mess. Do not waste...
Read moreWe are so caught up on making a coupon work, they still didn't get my order right when I said it both at the drive-thru speaker and at the window when she said the wrong item. Unfortunately I really hate regular chicken tenders and never get them when Buffalo's not available, so getting buffalo tenders after paying for a meal I don't typically get just to get that coupon was a really frustrating experience, a total letdown. Also, please repeat the order back to the customer your drive-thru screen is not working. There was no way for me to be certain you didn't have the right meal, and I didn't finish my fries for about 10 minutes into the drive away and there was no way I was going back. Last weekend my family and I were passing through Martinsville and grabbed lunch at Culver’s on our way back home. Unfortunately, they had forgotten to put something from our order into our bag. I called the restaurant and the manager knew exactly what I was calling about. He apologized, and quickly took down my address to send coupons to make up for the mistake. I received the coupons along with a handwritten note expressing an apology. I appreciate his kindness and willingness to ensure that his customers are satisfied. I would definitely visit this...
