Upon arriving, the inside had only two other customers and around three cars in the drive through. Inside, the most prominent smell was of old frying oil in need of changing. After ordering, we got our drinks and searched for a clean table (it took about four tables before a clean table was discovered.) I should note this was around 10-10:30am, their breakfast rush could have recently ended and they may have been trying to catch up. Eventually, we were called up and retrieved our food. I had asked for ranch when they took my order and they had charged me, but when our order was out they discovered they were out. Didn't want a different sauce, and they never refunded me. The sandwich (double sausage crossant) was okay. Hash rounds would have been good, if they were warmer than luke-warm. Best thing I had was the iced coffee mocha. Made me wish I had ordered a large. It, was delicious. The employees were nice, but I'm a bit perturbed they charge 15 cents per ranch and didn't even offer to refund it when they were out. Overall, it balanced out. For the things that were upsetting, were things that were better than expected. The rest were neither bad nor good, but filled us up and...
ย ย ย Read moreI have been living in Martinsville for about a year now. About every few weeks I stop at the local Burger King to grab some lunch. I have never had any issues with the staff, as a matter of fact they are very kind and polite. But this Burger King has an unbelievable rate of failure in terms of getting orders correct. About 50% of the time the order is wrong. Either something is missing entirely or the food is different. This is unacceptable! I haven't said anything until now because I thought a year would be enough time for things to change. Sadly I was wrong. Prior to writing this review I thought I would go and check to see what other people had to say, many of the reviews if not all have addressed this issue. I will continue to go to this Burger King but they cannot continue in this direction. This...
ย ย ย Read moreWent to drive-thru. As soon as I pulled up the worker said they would be with me in a moment. I waited 5 minutes, as a line formed behind me. I didn't want to pull around because I didn't know if the car in front of me was still there and maybe I couldn't get around. Finally pulled around after a few more minutes, all other cars ahead of me were gone. Decided to give up at that point, went to gas station next door. Went in grabbed a fountain drink and a snack. Was probably in there browsing for 5 minutes. Come out got in my car and pulled back out on the main road, the truck that was directly behind in the Burger King drive-thru was still in line. I don't know if this is common for this place or it was just a bad day but 1...
