Maui Specialty Chocolates — Attraction in Maui

I can't decide which one I like better between the peanut butter milk chocolate mochi or the dark chocolate truffle mochi. They are both just so good you won't be able to decide!

The mochi is nice and soft. Their filling is the perfect amount and goes great with the mochi. The dark chocolate truffle is rich and decadent. The peanut butter milk chocolate mochi is sweet and has a nice texture to it. The mochi is a just a little pricey but well worth it. You can purchase the mochi in 5, 8 or 12 packs.

They have other mochi and chocolate items but I didn't get a chance to see everything they had, the mochi had me as soon as I walked in.

This place is about 5 minutes away from the airport so you can grab some on the way to the airport or as soon as you land if you just can't wait to enjoy this mochi. They have a small parking lot. The store isn't very big and the staff is really friendly.

As everyone says, make sure you call ahead to order or see what's left to make sure they have what you want. I would also recommend to bring a cooler bag to keep these babies nice for the trip if you're bringing them as omiyage...if they even make it to the plane.

This is a def must stop place in Maui! I will definitely be back and asking my friends who visit Maui if they can bring me some of this sweet deliciousness.

Dark truffle mochi Or peanut butter mochi Which one...

A woman on the plane told me about this place and I'm so glad she did. I always have to make a stop here before going back to Oahu. Their specialty is mochi. Super soft mochi. But also the flavors are phenomenal. The peanut butter/milk chocolate is my favorite. Chunky peanut butter mixed with milk chocolate inside of that super soft mochi. SO good. The other flavor is dark chocolate filling inside of dark chocolate mochi.

Inside a small inconspicuous strip mall. Lots of parking and never very crowded. I was told that I had to get there early to get mochi. I've always gone before 1 or so and haven't had trouble but around Christmas I wasn't able to get the dark chocolate one and the peanut butter...

Mochi:

Milk Chocolate with Peanut Butter - 5/5 - So smooth and chewy. The good thing is that the filling is nice and soft. The peanut butter filling also isn't so overpowering thankfully.

Dark Chocolate Ganache Mochi - 5/5 - If I could give a number higher than 5 I would. I haven't been able to find this one anywhere else. I'd get it if you are chocolate lover.
