I called almost 3 months ago and then again yesterday just to inquire about getting a full system upgrade in my car. The first time I called a few months back whoever answered took my info make year model etc, and then talked about real estate and how his family made money bla bla bla. I am like okay how about back to business and a car stereo. So after that call and no return call I called yesterday and inquired again and mentioned I called months before and never heard back. Who ever answered said there was a family emergency. I understand that family is very important no exceptions. I offered compassion and then asked about the quote. He said who ever answered he would get back to me later that day. He didn't and I ain't holding my breath that he'll ever get back to me. This is my second experience with Kamakaze and both times were excellent! First time I had an amp and kicker installed in my truck a few years ago.. Easy friendly communication, got me fast, got it done right away and I was on my way. The other day I had an alarm system on my work van fixed up bc it wasn't working properly. They fixed all the quirks and install the extras need to work. Their competitor was too busy and Kamakaze got me in next day. This place rocks!!!! I needed to have a stereo installed and they did it immediately. I believe a bit of luck was involved too, but none the less, they were very helpful, VERY reasonably priced and even showed me how to do it myself to save money. I still opted to have them do it and they took care of me. I am already planning a 2nd trip back for my vehicle. Again, the owner showed me where to and what kind of amp I was needing.
