Dillard's: Shops At Fallen Timbers — Attraction in Maumee

Had the worst customer service at The Shops at Fallen Timbers. I asked for assistance in carrying a box in to return but supposedly no one was available. I struggled with the box, up the escalator to the dress department and told the sales clerk I was very disappointed that one one could assist me. She acted very offended and said they are very short staffed. Someone broke a bone, another called off. I responded that a manager could have helped me. She told me they were busy doing other things! There weren’t even 20 people on that floor and I will go high in my guess 50 in the store! Seriously thinking about returning the dress I got for my daughters wedding and shopping elsewhere! Poor customer service and since they don’t have many, you’d think they would want to keep the ones they have! Franklin Park is much nicer, but upon my visit there last Saturday, I got covered with grease when I used the handrail on...

Taya was incredibly rude to us while back to school shopping. We had several outfits and she attempted to shove over $700 of beautiful clothing into a medium cosmetic counter sized bag. When I nicely asked for 2 larger bags instead of cramming the expensive clothes into that tiny bag she freaked out. Went to the next area slamming doors and in a backroom...so loud that the manager from the next area came to help finish me since she heard the banging. We will just ship online and return what we need since there is zero respect for customers here. Thay woman should have immediately been sent home nit allowed to continue disrespecting customers...
