Art Signals Studio — Attraction in Maynard

I brought my infant son in recently to make clay impression ornaments as gifts for family. We had a great experience. Everyone was so sweet and friendly, and kept my son happy while we accomplished very neat hand impressions (not an easy task with a 6 month old). I just went in to pick up the finished pieces and they are so cute. Lots of attention to detail so they will last and look beautiful on the tree. We do a lot of group activities here through a parents' organization that I am part of. I really enjoy coming by myself to paint and talk with other adults, and the owner is very nice about letting us bring or own beverages and play our own music. They're happy to teach a painting or let us relax and choose our own pottery to paint.

The kids events are hit or miss. I think it depends on how many children attend and who is teaching the class, but we've always left with treasured pieces that make good...

Art signals studio has something for everyone. Both of my kids have had a fantastic time there at their regular events, whether it be painting with baby animals or mosaics.
