The service here is awful. I ordered a salad to go and showed up at the time they said it would be ready. The woman who was working the cash register told me the order wasn't ready, so I sat around for another 20 minutes waiting for it. It turned out that my order was sitting there ready to go the whole time, but she didn't even bother to check. No one else came into the place for the entire time I was there, so she wasn't busy at all - she just couldn't be bothered to look for it.

Ordered a salad from here, usually no issues. Today I went to eat it and it had a thick, small, black hair in it. From a girl with pink hair, I knew it wasn’t mine. Called the restaurant, they gave me attitude, asked what I wanted them to do, so I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do it because I ordered online. I don’t usually leave reviews but I order from here often and always tip well and my place of work gives them plenty of business (which is where I always have the food delivered) so I was just shocked and disappointed. This was once a delectable restaurant until the previous owners left. The food had a crisp, clean, and fresh, taste. Their pasta dishes were once made to order by the owner's wife and they were the stuff that Italian food lovers dreams are made of. But no more. The food is good, it's average. Their thin crust pizzas are still fairly good but the cheese and flour are no longer imported from Italy 😭. They serve alcoholic beverages but the bar only seats 4-5 people. This is definitely a family-friendly resaurant. Good service. Good prices. ...
