Siam Village — Restaurant in Maynard

Siam Village is my absolute favorite Thai restaurant in Maynard, and it has been for many years. Whenever I visit, I can't resist ordering my all-time favorite Thai dish, Pad Thai. This place never disappoints!

PERFECT! I swung by at 4:15pm, ordered the Pad Thai (comes with chicken and shrimp) and Pad See Ew with chicken. Pad Thai: Rice noodles were perfectly cooked, soft with still some bite to it. The shrimp were large, plump and juicy The chicken was thinly sliced and had a grilled flavor, adding a bit more depth to the pad thai itself. Pad See Ew: If your a vegetable lover, DO NOT skip out on this. Broccoli, carrot, baby corn, mushrooms, snow peas. They were so fresh and tender, and the noodles were cooked to my liking. My wife and I stopped by on a weeknight for dinner. I got a beer, but my wife got tea and said that it was very good. We couldn't decide on an appetizer so we got the sampler. It was very good. The spring rolls were crispy and the vegetable seemed fresh. The sauces were delicious. The chicken was tender with just enough flavor to not be overwhelming. For dinner I got the chicken basil.
