READ UPDATED RESPONSE!! --WORST CAR WASH EVER — STAY AWAY!

This place is an absolute scam and disgrace. Not only did Jax Car Wash severely damage my vehicle, but they’ve completely ignored every single email and follow-up I’ve sent since. I did exactly what they told me to — filled out the incident report on-site, documented everything, and reached out multiple times. Not one response. Nothing.

To make it worse, they had the audacity to lie and claim the damage wasn’t from their car wash, but from me hitting another car while inside their car wash!!. What a pathetic excuse. I know where and when my car got scratched and dented — it was in THEIR wash, caused by THEIR machines.

The fact that this place is still in business is unbelievable!!. They damage cars left and right (clearly seen from previous reviews)and refuse to take responsibility or even show their customers the basic decency of a reply. Total cowards running this place.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. You’ll regret it. Terrible service, terrible management, and a bunch of liars hiding behind a broken, shady business. Disgusting.

I have already reached out to your team via email on multiple occasions regarding this incident and have yet to receive a proper response. Not only have you failed to acknowledge my emails, but I have also provided multiple forms of evidence, including documentation from my vehicle’s manufacturer confirming that it is physically impossible for my car to do what you’re suggesting happened in your car wash.

I have also formally requested all documentation and video footage related to this incident so that my insurance company can properly assess liability. It’s incredibly unprofessional — and frankly cowardly — that your business continues to ignore those requests while attempting to deflect blame onto me.

What’s even worse is that your staff was fully aware my vehicle was damaged and said nothing to me at the time. That alone speaks volumes about the way you operate and the lack of integrity in how you handle situations when your equipment causes damage.

At this point, your refusal to respond or provide the requested evidence leaves me no choice but to move forward with legal action. I am already consulting with a lawyer, and this situation will be handled the proper way since you’re unwilling to do so voluntarily.

For anyone reading this — do not bring your vehicle here unless you want it damaged and to be completely dismissed by management...

As you can clearly read from the responses they routinely and shamefully give to legitimate criticism they receive - there is no accountability.

I was a monthly member there for about 15 years, I even won a free year carwash from a scratch off game they used to have there way back. The place was conveniently located and offered a monthly plan. I was happy with the service for many years. The employees and managers that work there are hardworking and very pleasant.

Unfortunately the executive level managers and whomever engages with clients on here (just read all the reviews and responses) and in particular "office manager" Josh.

Josh took weeks to write me back a dismissive email regarding some damage that I know happened at the carwash. Josh claims "no equipment we have would have made that damage". this would be a fair argument if the incident was properly investigated (I haven't even been asked for pictures of my claim) and the findings should be properly articulated, however, there was not a single word of regret or consolidation for the damage, not an offer to view the damage in person or futher investigation of my concerns. You figured I would at least get the courtesy of a phone call, after 15 years without incident I guess they assume and insinuate I was buying my time to make a "fake claim".

Its obvious that Josh is comfortable speaking to customers like this because he is not on premises to face anyone. I have asked for a face to face, which he ignored. There used to be a man named Alex there who ran the show, he was fair and pleasant.

Furhermore, not related to my damage, the service, particularly drying the car has not been good these days. My cars are NEVER dryed properly. (see pictures) Anyone with a black car will have to spend time drying car afterwards - dont take my word for it - many of you will be on here for the very same issue. They used to have a service that would pressure air dry on the side but now its a much bigger upcharge and takes way too long.

I'm sure I'll get a corny response from Josh on here hiding behind the review instead of meeting in person or a phone call to discuss. I would have preferred handling this issue privately but maybe this review of my experience will guide someone wondering if they should trust Josh and Co....

I’m livid right now! I made my first visit back on January 14 if I’m not mistaken and immediately after the offer of taking advantage of the monthly pass I went for it since then I been here about another 3-5 times before today my only issue with the car wash is that no matter how good they try to dry the vehicle when you do a regular wash it will end up with water marks. Even if you go for one of the more expensive wash which I’ve done as well it happened not as bad but I had to do a walk around with the gentleman to have them remove the marks and I understand we are all human. I tried advising management that they might have a hard water problem but immediately he was saying that they do not so I just let it be but before I get to the real issue there’s been rainy days and I don’t even touch the car and after the vehicle had aired dried I’ve notice way less water marks at times from the rainy days so that’s just mind boggling. Now to my real frustration and reason of my one star review is the damage they caused to my driver door panel and I know for a fact it happened at the car wash because it wasn’t there before I went to the car wash this morning but I didn’t notice the damage until I got home after washing the car and I did my usual drying around the vehicle to remove water marks and when I was doing the driver door I noticed the damaged in the door panel. I hate to talk negative about anyone but they basically are calling me a liar and stating that they doubt it happened at the car wash. So for that reason I have to write this review and hopefully help anyone reading this the frustration I feel inside rite now! To does who are reading this review do yourself a favor and if at Jax car wash inspect your vehicle more thoroughly before leaving the premises so that you too don’t be called a liar and don’t end up been stuck with damage to your vehicle when you are certain that it wasn’t there before you handed your property to Jax car wash so if you’re reading this either save yourself the bad experience(s) and stay away or don’t say you weren’t warned before it happens and be disappointed...

The color of the oil didn’t match what fresh oil should look like. Even my Toyota Camry, with 236,000 miles, doesn’t have oil as dark as how he said . I am completely certain of what I observed. I paid for a service that was not properly completed. For this reason, I’m leaving this review to warn future customers and to call on the company to review and improve its policies. A company’s reputation is its most valuable asset, and many employees, who mostly do their jobs well, depend on it. I have been a customer of u in the past and had received good service before, but this experience was disappointing. I hope the necessary measures are taken to prevent situations like this from happening again.
