Won’t be coming back ever again! We usually purchase a family meal or sides for the holidays but this Thanksgiving it seemed like staff was overwhelmed and there were new cooks in the kitchen. The food was bland and flavorless, the stuffing and mash potatoes were of a glue-like consistency, and sweet potatoes weren’t sweet, didn’t have sugar or marshmallows on top. We paid $70 for a family of 6 meal that only fed 3-4 people, which is not worth it. When you scooped once in the small tupperware bowl, half the side was done so not all the family could have all the sides! I even bought an extra side of cilantro rice for $7 and a family size basket of brownies for almost $12 extra and when I picked up my order they gave me white rice instead, 1individual dry brownie, and 3 dry chocolate chip cookies which looked like they were left overs and sitting out for days. 4 individual desserts can not fill a family of 6! The meal also said it was supposed to come with 6 cornbread and they gave me rolls. Don’t advertise something you are not going to give. Their excuse was they were running low on items. I told them they should’ve contacted me because I ordered a week in advance so they had plenty of time to know what food they had in stock, or at-least throw in a pie and a box of cornbread as a substitute, not their leftovers. They eventually let me exchange for a box of cornbread because the lines were too long and they wanted to get me out their hair, but it was poor customer service, they were unorganized and food was just left out on the table to pick up. The food was inedible so it was money down the drain and didn’t make for an overall pleasant Thanksgiving experience. The only edible item was the turkey, but everything else left me with a horrible stomach ache and we ended up throwing away the food that very night! We didn’t attempt to have seconds!

Great Boston Market location! Came here today for lunch. 2 customers in front of me, but the employees were very fast and i had zero wait time to get my order placed. They also completed making my order very quickly. The 2 ladies here spoke both spanish and english and were super friendly, kind and helpful! They took my customized order perfectly and with a smile. And REAL PLASTIC BAGS!! FINALLY one NJ restaurant realizes that YES plastic bags are actually useful and important to transport food in a vehicle without spilling sauces, gravy and other condiments in a cheap yet strong and water proof container. Pros: Yummy chicken Tons of parking Free parking Real plastic bags!!(yes they have them!!) Good drink selection Lots of desserts Good selection of side dishes Fast to get my order placed Fast to get my order completed Friendly service Good food selection Good price for the carver sandwich Strong 5G connection speed and stable. Cons: Prices have gone up for the meals but this is probably due to stupid Bidenflation.

I haven’t had time to post this review. I want to share my experience at this location last month. I’m from Boston where we pride ourselves on Boston Market. Now living in NJ I felt like having what I consider home cooking. I’ve noticed a few locations were closed. So I was hoping to find one. So Lodi it is. Firstly, being an islander that has a different dialect. The staff wasn’t able to convey to me what I was getting for the price of my order. I was overcharged. And when I questioned it. They starting removing items from my dish. Very horrible service.I should have left. I stayed because I was already passed hungry and was back and forth with the more fluent staff for about 10 minutes. The spinach taste like vinegar and I was charged extra for both sides. I understand tough times but at least the food can taste better. The chicken was so tiny, I think it matched my thumb. Good luck. I’ll pass on the word you’re hiring because those two Bonita’s are terrible.

Yesterday, I decided to order a family meal for 3 at Boston Market. I ordered the turkey family meal for 3. When I was handed my bag of food, I double checked the receipt on the bag. The receipt stabled to the bag was in fact the correct order and my name was clearly shown. I got home, opened my bag, and saw that they put chicken in rather than turkey. I was upset because it was not what I ordered. I was not going to drive the 20 mins back there and 20 mins back home. I just sucked it up and said, I will just accept it. I then made plates for my family and I. I started to eat the mash potatoes. It tasted clumpy & as if someone put drops of cleaning solution in it. In addition, it tasted like sand & water. When I then went to eat the spinach & stuffing, it had no taste. My cousin ate the food and within 1 hour, he had diarrhea. The very next day, I had the runs as well. In addition, my son was vomiting at school the next day. He had to be picked up early & cannot return for 2 days. We all had the same food whether we ate most of our plate full of food or a small amount. It is coincidental that all of us felt ill whether it was right away or the next day.

Now, I am not looking for any gains. It is not worth my family & I getting sick again by offering free food. In addition, it’s not about getting money back. I feel that the workers did work & prepare the food as per the recipe. With that being said, that is what I want people to be weary of; the recipes. In addition, I cannot say that the workers followed proper protocol in handling the food or following proper hand hygiene.

There are many other restaurants and fast food places close by that may be more recommended-able. I strongly urge you to consider looking...

I used delivery.com for an online pickup as that is the option shown when I look up online order . I placed my order, was charged for it , and was sent a text stating it will be ready in 15-20 minutes . I was running 5 minutes behind so I gave them a call to let them know my name and that I was on my way - they confirmed and said no problem . Once I arrived the cashier told me they didn’t have my order in the system . I showed her everything that proved i ordered to that location and paid for it already . she said she didn’t know what to tell me . I asked her to call her manager she let it ring for 5 seconds and hung up . I asked her to please call again as I had already paid $40 for my order - she refused and told me “you can look at my screen it’s not here there’s nothing I can do for you “. I asked her when her manager would be in and she wasn’t sure . This was Saturday I called multiple times since then and coincidentally the manager was never in . Yesterday on my 2nd attempt for the day i called and asked to speak to a manager and was told im the manager. After explaining my story , I hear “I don’t know what you want me to tell you” it was the same cashier from Saturday . She lied to me on the phone about being the manager and then continued to tell me she’s not sure when the manger will be in . Today I finally get a hold of the supposed manager and she told me to call my bank to dispute because she wasn’t going to give me back my money and literally hung up the phone on me …. This is the first review I’ve ever written because I have seriously never experienced anything like this . How can a buisness be so condescending and rude when it is clearly their...
