I went to buy waterbase lub, they showed me a new one and recommended it as a new product which according to them it was better than any other product sold before. I bought it instead of the brand which I regularly use, and since my home is far away from this store, I bought two of that in order to saveing time and commuting. After using, I found that the product was the worst which I had ever used, it left a foamy dirty white residuel on skin and made the skin dry!! Two days later I went to store to change or return it but someone who was there didnt ask or pay attention to my complain and reasons and just kept on repeating “we can not change or return!” I left the lubs in the store and got out of there. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service I received tonight. The staff was welcoming and attentive to any questions or concerns I had. I was shown and thoroughly informed on any product I had interest in. I was assisted by an awesome girl named Vicky. She made my experience shopping for my first sex toy exciting, rather then overwhelming. The employees even stayed open a little after closing time to make sure I was pleased with my purchase.
