Yoomee was great! Took her time with my haircut. She’s also very friendly and professional. There aren’t many barbers who are good with scissors and clippers but she was able to use both very well. She’s not just a barber but she’s also a stylist which is very hard to find in a barbershop. The price is very reasonable as well. I got a Korean style cut along with a mid fade. This is fresh out of the place and taken soon as I got home hence the nose on my face. I don’t think there’s any other barbershop that can do something like this unless they have someone like Yoomee. Trust me… I’ve been in a lot of barbershops and salons. To be fair, I’ve been in barbershops in NYC that can do it but would charge way more than what I paid today, especially being in Manhattan. She is such a humble and beautiful soul. I went in about 2 hours ago (around 3:30pm) which is slow for most barbershops because people are working or getting off, and she could’ve just been on her phone like every other barber I see when they don’t have a client. I put one star because you are required to but this facility should not be open should not be running they have employees that are not qualified they charge you an insane amount of money and you are promised a service that you do not get. Before I received my service I specifically showed a picture of exactly what I wanted I asked three times before the process even started to make sure that they were able to do what I was asking for and if they knew exactly how to do it and all three times they said yes. I ended up paying $140 for a service that I did not receive it wasn’t what I wanted at all I asked for ombré hair I ended up with horrible highlights all different sizes the color was completely off. They ended up having to damage my hair more to dye it completely black which wasn’t even my natural hair color to hide the horrible highlights that they had made . The manager didn’t even offer a discount for their mistake instead she told me that if I didn’t like their service and I wasn’t happy to never come back that I wasn’t welcome to the...

Always have a consistent and great experience here. I have had my hair cut by Sonya when it was longer and now very short. She always does a great job and is friendly and professional. She gives Supercuts a great name and they must value her very much. Even when they're super busy, she's great at multitasking if she's must however, she always makes sure that she treats her customers like they're #1! The other stylists are also super friendly and their customers seem happy with their results. Highly recommend Sonya. Please schedule an appointment with her via the Supercuts app as I've noticed that many insist on waiting/adjusting their schedule for her. There's plenty of parking available however you may have to be a bit patient to see on of Supercuts best stylist.
