Angel's Jewelry — Attraction in McAllen

I am very disappointed with the service I received. My husband, who works out of town, called in advance and was told that my son’s esclava would be ready on Thursday at 5pm. Based on that, I drove 30 minutes today around noon to pick it up, only to be told it wasn’t ready and would take another two hours.

Not only was this very inconvenient, but the staff was also passive-aggressive in their responses. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced issues here. For example, months ago when my son tried on the esclava, I felt it was too small, but I was told it would be fine. Today, after finally picking it up, it is clearly too tight on him. When I called again to see what could be done, I was met with the same passive-aggressive attitude and told they weren’t even sure if they could adjust it.

I’ve purchased pieces here before, but it seems there is always a problem. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

also when i went to pick it up i asked how much was it to add his birthdate in the back they said no charge would be added, now it looks like it was rushed theres scratch marks on the back and...

If I could give 0 stars I would . My husband was doing payments on a chino link necklace, they told him it would never expire as long as he’s putting money towards it, fast forward he purchased a chino link necklace cash somewhere else he asked if he can get rings for the credits he had they told him yes go in so he went in today & they didn’t even give him half of what he put into the necklace at that overpriced the rings he wanted, the rings we’ve bought before where cheaper than how much he was charging for a small nugget ring… we are loyal customers all our jewelry is from here but since they did this they definitely lost a loyal customer never referring anyone to them again .
