EZ Furniture Appliances Electronics — Attraction in McAllen

So back in February we ordered this furniture from EZ Furniture in Edinburg we bought it because it's 90 days no interest. It was supposed to come in 2 weeks. We had so much trouble from the Manager at the Edinburg store she has no customer service skills. After another week gone by we asked for our down payment of 320.00 back and she said it was a special order and she couldn't give it back and wouldn't give us information on her boss. So we went to the Nolana store and Crystal and her Manager Sarah were very professional and said they would take over the purchase through their store and told us it would be 2 weeks before the set would come in. Well today 3 days before 2 weeks it's here and we finally have our living room set. What makes me wonder is why did it take less than 2 weeks to come in when we order from the Nolana store and the Edinburg location it was over a month and it never came in. I had just moved to the area and was in need of an "L" shaped couch and a washer & dryer set. After time on the internet and making calls to multiple stores, Crystal answered with a great sounding enthusiastic spirit and after asking a few questions I decided to drive to her location and meet with her regarding my needs.

Crystal started walking toward me as I entered the store and greeted me with a big smile and a happy sounding voice. As we discussed my needs, she listened intently and then asked a few more questions. She took action, making calls and within an hour and a half we had completed the required paperwork and arranged delivery of my furniture.
