Vindor Falls Event Center — Local services in McAllen

So sad, this place looked so nice online but the staff was rude and had a lot of miscommunication. I wanted to book an event here and called to check availability, I was told over the phone that there was availability and that I had to go in person to get the pricing. I showed up 10 minutes after the phone call and was told by the woman in the front desk that it wasn’t available on the date I requested. I told her I had just talked to someone on the phone and they said it was available. The woman was very rude, it made my partner and I uncomfortable. I decided to call back to make sure there was availability, and I was told again over the phone that there was. I asked what time I could go see the venue since I had just gotten home from leaving their location, I was told they closed at 5 so anytime before that would be fine.
