Gran Mercado — Attraction in McAllen

Terrible customer service! As a member of law enforcement I hated the way they treated me and my family! How are they gonna tell me that I need to buy something in order for me to see it! the item I wanted to see was only for display! Yea in display at the very very top of the shelf were nobody can see it! When I asked the manager to see it he said I couldn't! That he can bring one from the warehouse but i had to buy it first! ( The item was a little black shopping cart) how am I gonna buy something without even looking at it! Told him to speak to a manager and he said he was the supervisor, asked to speak to HIS supervisor and he said there was nobody above him! I asked to speak to the owner he said he couldn't give me his information! Smh i serve my community and this is how im treated! Smh terrible...

Disappointed with some of the staff that think they can treat the customers however they want. not with me, do not take your kids to these store whatever they touch they will be treated bad.example: don't touch is going to brake, do not lean is going to mess up. There just kids they see and touch basically everything. Owners of this store don't loose customers because of a employee who does not care the reputation of your store.
