Worse place, after giving a deposit on a jewelry, they promise it was going to be ready by Thursday after 3pm, I went on Thursday at 3:45 pm & was not ready that it will be ready in 1 hour, I went back at 5:20p.m., still not ready to go back at 6pm, went back at 6:25pm, still not ready that only 5 minutes for them to get it. Then 5, 10, 15, 20 & 30 minutes went by & finally it arrived. Then they charged me full amount for the purchase when I was only going to give the remaining balance, they messed up charged & put funds on hold for the full price then they try to run the card again to void but the charged was already on hold.They advice me to give them another card or ask for money to relatives or friends so they can charge it while they had my funds on hold when they made the mistake. They called their merchant card & told them infront of me that THE CUSTOMER made the mistake & enter the wrong amount, seriously...at the end they would not give me back my deposit, still remain with the amount on hold, & will not give me the jewelry. First time I went there they received me very well & respectfully . They do a good job in helping you with questions and concerns . If one decides to go head and get any kind of jewelry they work with you on the prices & payment plans too...... I got some jewelry on a payment plan of 6months it just took that one time that I went in to the store for them to remember me & to know who I was when I went the second time around . They greeted me as soon as I walked in by my name . Like I said I give them a 5 star rating on such a great job with customers . If I could I would give them a 10...

I’ve shopped around various places and in most of them the salespeople had no clue what they were talking about (im somewhat of a connoisseur in the jewelry space) but when i came across this place they quickly earned my trust and i knew this was the place to do business with not only is the staff professional they’re also friendly and talk to you as if you’ve know them for years but most importantly they know the market and how it works I’ve already done 2 purchases with them and will continue to do so...
