My spouse and I recently had the somewhat unfortunate experience of visiting the store, and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing shopping trips we've ever taken. From the moment we walked in, we encountered poor service and foul smells and was disappointed by the limited selection of items available. While I believe in offering constructive criticism, it is important to inform potential customers about the overall dissatisfaction we felt during my visit.
The service left much to be desired. The employees seemed disinterested and lackadaisical. When I asked for assistance in locating a specific item, I was met with a complete lack of knowledge about their inventory. The staff's attitude towards other customers was very dismissive as well. However, one of the most off-putting aspects of our visit was the foul smell that permeated the entire space. It was a combination of mildew, mustiness, and a general lack of cleanliness. I told her that under no circumstances would I give her my purse to keep behind her counter and that I have been a victim of identity theft before. She said it was only her and her employees there. So, I'm supposed to trust you and your employees with all my personal identification and credit cards and you don't trust me to shop your store at ease? No thank you! She stated there is a sign at the door. It states no bags allowed. It does not say no purses allowed as per my husband's recollection. It's your store, you can do what you want, but if you want to keep returning, reliable customers you might want to reconsider your security measures and hire a security guard to screen the people that are entering your store at the door. As for me and my friends, we, will...

I left the store without my remaining money to not make a scene. Last time I will...
