Everyone was fabulous, except for the manager that was there. This location has a manager bully named Andrea. She is rude, and unprofessional when young employees move on to better. As soon as they give the two weeks notice, she cuts them out of schedule. In my years of employment, that is the biggest proof of poor management. Two weeks notice is common courtesy that is not very common, and managers must learn to appreciate the consideration! Bigger problem is that we came in for a regular visit, and she is so unprofessional that when my daughter smiled at her (assuming all was well), she rolled her eyes, and purposely turned away before running to what appeared like a team huddle to continue discussing my daughter. Andrea, act like a real manager if you ever want a possibility of even moving to better opportunities outside of PPP. Comprehend that young students such as my daughter must grow no matter how much it affects your scheduling, and don’t let your emotions interfere with your “leadership” role. Be thankful for the time dedicated to your location, and that a two weeks notice was given. To the rest of the staff, thank you for making an uncomfortable situation, better. You...
Read moreI deleted my review from this place and I changed it to new review, I understand you like this place, let me tell you all, I worked here in a long time ago, I didn't like this place because one of the managers named Willie, he had a bad attitude and steroid rage and more anger than us. He yelled at few of female workers and threatened some rookies and me, he elbowed the wall as he made the hole in the back room, damaged some stuff after he was raging, wanted to punch any of the employees. He gave them a last chance for work and shook hand, but he changed into evil and terminated them instantly. Why did the company hire this a*hole who has steroid rage? He is not a great manager, but he is such as a total dckhead. The next thing is the PPP's pizza tastes not good because sometimes it made a few of kids vomit, I've already seen a lot of happens, a pizza is not great taste for now. I made my vows to never come back in this trashy restaurant and every PPP location until it will be out of business as it is for...
Read moreWe reserved some tables for my son's birthday and had an amazing time! The tables were nicely set up with balloons, and our host was super attentive—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh and came straight from the oven. There are tons of games to keep the kids entertained, and the little piñata corner is the perfect size. One of the sweetest touches was that they took a group photo of our family and guests and gave it to us in a cute little Peter Piper Pizza paper frame. The only issue we had was that it was pretty warm inside—understandable with the heat outside, but it did get a bit uncomfortable with everyone sweating. Other than that, everything was great and we...
