This place is a joke. I took a Tag Heuer watch to get a battery put in. Less than a week later the watch stopped and there is moisture in the case. The same guy that had worked on the watch looked at it and put in another battery. He tells the lady helping me that it isnt working and would take about four days to look at. I ask to speak to the owner. He tells me that "his watch guy" has to come and look at it. Who was the guy that worked on my watch the first two times?! He the arrogantly tells me "he will get me an estimate when his "watch guy" looks at it. Give me the estimate?!!! When I get angry and ask for the watch back because I wasnt going to give them a penny to fix it. The owner replied "it's just a watch"! To him it may be "just a watch". To me it holds sentimental value and is irreplaceable. The owner never offered an appology and didn't seem to care. I would highly recommend that you go to a reputable jeweler and avoid this place.
Update: McAllen Gold and Silver fixed the issue in ten minutes. They put in THEIR battery and blew out the moisture.

Read moreHad a custom made necklace and had to go in 4x to get it like i wanted it and even at that nothing like the picture so i had to settle because i was over them “trying their best”. I showed the picture just like i wanted it. I had to also come back again because attachment didnt lock it would open on my daughter just by walking. Another incident i went to add a letter to my pendant and they maked scratches to it and i took a before picture just incase but lady owner swore she couldnt see any scratches🤦🏽♀️ never coming here again. Either guys in back doing repairs have to be replaced or need to step up their work because at this point they do not look professional from what i went though with 2 different items. I highly recommend going to Tamayos jewelry in front of Plaza Mall. They had great designs and put 100% on their work and dedication to each costumer no matter if low or high...
Read moreI was buying a gold necklace that was 32 grams 10k gold. I was told by the lady that the gold there was 10k no more no less. I bought the necklace and then proceeded to assure the necklace was 10k gold like they said, so I asked them to check it with a machine they have to test the gold. We'll short story the owner of the store said that for the money I was paying them for the necklace that he is not gona risk testing the chain I bought from him and that he would rather return me the money. So what does that tell me fake or not 10k. I think that's like stealing from people. If any body goes to buy I would suggest to check the...
