They have the best prices, they ship fast, and they pack their items well in their boxes for shipping which was really nice. Soy clienta desde el año 2023 mis compras en su mayoría son de 30 a 60 perfumes cada dos o tres meses. No había tenido problemas en mis envíos a México, para ser exactos mi última compra fue el 29 de abril del 2025 me llegó incompleta la orden me faltaron once perfumes inmediatamente al recibir mi pedido hice el reporte vía Whatssap a la perfumería en donde me pidieron les enviara las fotos de la caja en la que me enviaron los productos. Lo cual hice tal y como me lo Pidieron así me han traído en que me van a solucionar mi problema y que la paquetería estafeta con la que ellos trabajan estaban revisando qué pasó con mi mercancía faltante. Recibí una llamada hace como 15 días en donde me informaban que la paquetería ni la perfumería sabían que había pasado con mi mercancía. Que solo me reembolsarían la mitad de lo faltante lo cual se me hace injusto, necesito me resuelvan mi situación o de plano ya levantaré un reporte a quien corresponda pues no se me hace justo o que revisen los videos y me demuestren que efectivamente surtieron bien mi mercancía la cual...
