If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Honesty at first glance this place looks great but when you really get into it…it’s a chaotic nightmare! First, I ordered a milk tea and they changed EXTRA for MILK in a MILK TEA!? Make that make sense. Second, I got a tanghulu and that was ICE COLD FROZEN! Like it hurt to bite it. I was even advised to “wait a bit before eating it” but then the sugar will then just melt too and the fruit just tasted worse. Personally I think they should just take it off the menu. Third, the music was a vibe but what RUINED it was the pink haired girl I saw on one of their post her name was Maddie? She was SCREAMING singing aloud it was SUPER obnoxious and she was also annoyingly YELLING on the TOP of her lungs the number orders. While I was ordering I even had a hard time hearing the cashier because of her. I can tell the cashier was a bit annoyed too but she was super sweet and polite no matter what. I also ordered the popcorn chicken combo and it was SUPER oily and the fries even though it was seasoned somehow were BLAND!? How do you even mess up that bad? Also the coins are too over priced basically $1 for 1 FAKE COIN? Lastly, I noticed that so many of the reviews are high but…they literally have a sign saying if you give a good review you’ll get a free drink. With how over priced they are I am very convinced a good chuck of these 5 stars are fake and not a real honest review. Do what you will but I will NOT be coming back. And tell the pink haired girl to quiet down a bit for some people this is their only chance to relax and calm down. Be courteous next...
Read moreI was super excited to come here with my kids. I had seen a video of this shop on tiktok and right away knew we would have to visit. The place is small but cute, right between Kumori and Dai Tung. I love that you can adjust your drink to a sweetness level that fits you, and they made sure to ask while checking out. I was a little disappointed trying to put my order in, though. It was busy when we went, 2 registers were open but there was no clear line to either one. When we finally got to the front of the line, a lady who had a drink came up to the front, and they started helping her instead right away, putting another order in for her. Then they walked off and never came back, I felt frustrated and embarrassed just standing their. The lady at the other register was really nice and noticed we hadn't been helped yet and took our order. I did notice a lot of people in line just wanted to get tokens for the claw machines, which are amazing, BTW. It would be better if they had a token exchange machine by them so the lines won't get backed up. All in all, it's a very cute place, just frustrating getting to the...
Read moreBeen here twice. As someone from California I usually rate a place first based on their house or classic milk tea. First time coming here, had their classic milk tea and boba, which I was impressed was pretty good. The second time though, is what really threw me off. Ordered their Hokkaido Milk Tea with boba and crystal boba. Their Hokkaido Milk tea did not taste like Hokkaido Milk Tea, it tasted like I was straight sipping on powdered milk. A little tip for the place though, crystal boba is NOT popping boba. The moment I asked one of the workers if their crystal boba was meant to be popping boba I had the ugliest look from the girls face and she looked at me like I was stupid and didn’t know what crystal boba was. I let it go. But in case this boba spot doesn’t know, crystal boba is NOT popping boba. Simply google what it is and it’ll literally tell you lol. The attitude from the worker ruined the 2nd time I came here so… safe to say, I’m not coming back. Lol. Definitely better boba spots aside from this place that’s a bit...
