TC Shaved Ice — Restaurant in McKinney

Use to be very good. The 2 boys working here don’t take their jobs seriously. They were playing, throwing ice balls at each other, vaping, and ignoring customers at window. One boy got upset that we order multiple pickadillies and you can hear him throwing objects at the wall like a tantrum. This experience was horrible. Very sad to see this place fail tremendously. I moved to McKinney a year ago and fell in love with this place when they had women working there. Now it’s 2 men and they make HORRIBLE snow cups. Their ice is very soft and the juice melts it really fast. Everytime I go I ask for Easy juice, but instead 3 scoops into my dessert and it’s flooding with juice. Then today I try to give them one last chance. I requested my juice at the bottom, the guy turns rude and says we’re going to make it how we want and once again it was incorrect. They take way too long, then after she scanned my card she told me that they charge extra with card which is something she should've told me before taking my card, then I asked for a reciept and they gave me a dumb excuse why they couldn't give it to me, then her dad started assuming I don't speak English and I told him I understand English too and he said oh well I didn't know because you gave me a look like you didn't understand me.
