The WORST massage EVER!!! I purchased a couple's massage off groupon for my anniversary. I was so excited because it was our first couple's massage and first time getting hot stone and the pictures on their website made the place look amazing, like you were being taken off to a far off land for a relaxing, unique vacation. When we got there I immediately was disappointed. The ambiance was NOT at all what the pictures portrayed- it was small, old, and looked like a wannabe spa that couldn't afford the real deal. The room was a plain, small room right next to the front so during the massage we could hear people talking and everything going on outside. And who the heck picked the spa soundtrack? Fire them. The music was upbeat, like you were going to some middle eastern party or club, I felt like I was supposed to jump off the table and start jumping around, I guess they missed the memo that the music is supposed to set the mood and atmosphere:|. Now to the less than mediocre masseuse, ugh!! I swear it was like they were desperate for a second masseuse and begged a family member to do the job. I paid $100 for a freaking back rub. He LITERALLY just rubbed my back 90% of the whole time, oh and every now and then he thought he was doing some special by taking his forearm and pressing it up my back. The hot stones were put on my back for a few minutes, moved around and then taken off, ummmm why the hell do you call it hot stones if it just makes a 2 minute debut????? Get out of here! All his movements were super fast and rough, like he was high on coke. Everything from the masseuse on coke, club music, cheap ambiance was opposite of what a spa should be calming, relaxing, soothing, gentle, soft. We had an amazing experience at Hammam Luna Spa! I booked a Hammam scrub with Sarah, and she was absolutely fantastic—so skilled and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. My skin felt incredibly smooth and refreshed afterward.

The spa went above and beyond to cater to me and my girlfriends, providing a private room where we could relax together. They treated us to delicious snacks, refreshing hibiscus tea, and elderberry juice, which made the experience even more special. I also love that all their products are organic, adding to the luxurious and holistic feel of the spa.

Just finished a Hammam treatment with my adult daughter. We both enjoyed it very much. My daughter said she feels “Brand New”! ☺️ The girls were super sweet and though it is VERY OBVIOUS they just moved to this location (dry wall patches not yet painted, not much by the way of decor) but the tea/juice is yummy and the music / aromatherapy is very soothing. It’s only my 2nd Hammam ( the first having been a couple years ago up North) and I can’t say say this was better than the first, but to be fair, I purchased a deluxe package last time and this time, only did the Hammam.
