If you have ever tried to find a short queen mattress that isn’t foam for your RV in the Rogue Valley you will connect with this. It was important to have a quality mattress that was firm to comfort aching bones and everywhere from Josephine county to Jackson had foam short queens and that’s it. Then we called Beds for Less because I wasn’t driving to another store, I received the most welcoming greeting from a woman named Nancy. I immediately stated my needs and that foam was not an option. In a second Nancy listed at least 3 mattresses she could get in short queen and two more possibles, then encouraged me to visit her store and told me the hours of operation. We drove there the second I hung up. As we walk in Nancy knows it’s me and already had three packets providing every detail (including pricing) of the top three she’d suggest based on our short phone conversation. She then walked us to those 3 and a 4th. I fell in love with #2. Nancy treated us like family, refused to complete a purchase until she received confirmation from her rep at the mattress supplier ensuring the short queen was possible. Nancy consistently communicated from the moment we left the store through the whole process of purchase and delivery. We’ve now had our bed almost a week and it was the perfect fit for our needs. Nancy has been wonderful to work with. I was just starting to research an adjustable bed that would work with my specific challenges. She had me try several matress options, I felt like Goldie Lox as she carefully guided me. I was not ready to make a purchase that day but I did leave with a much clearer idea.

A few days later I ended up purchasing a barely used bed from someone who happened to one of Nacy's very satisfied customers, (she had just lost her father). Not knowing I had already spent time with Nancy this seller referred me to her to answer any questions about the bed she had purchased just 6 months ago. She gave a glowing recommendation of her experience with Nancy.

When I called Nancy with a list of questions (I wasn't able to actually try the bed as it was in a nursing home and I had to wait a week to get it), Nancy was AWESOME.

She was just as helpful knowing she wasn't getting a sale out of me, as she was when I was a potential customer. She was thrilled I got a great bed and a good deal. She offered alot of tips and continued help should I need it after I actually get my "new /used" bed.

Now that is beyond just good customer service, that is just being a very caring person. I am so very grateful for her time, patience, knowledge, & caring helpfulness.

Bought a daybed and mattress. When it was delivered we discovered they had given us a used mattress instead of the new one we paid for. My husband called Nancy who said I had ok'd it, and that I understood we were paying for new but getting used. OF course my husband spoke to me, I had no such conversation, nor had I ok'd buying a used mattress. Eww. She just kept lying to us- first she claimed it wasn't used, but my husband had taken pictures and could tell it was the floor model. Then she lied and said I had said it was ok. Then she lied and said another one was miraculously available the next day... even though she had told us it would take eight weeks to get another mattress.
