Its clean, the plastic barriers was a bit over the top but what can you do in the world we live in today with a pandemic. The service was great. Friendly enough servers. Now let's talk about the food. Miso soup was perfect not sure anyone could mess that up. Sushi roll was the equivalent to gas station quality. Questionable and not fresh looking or taste. Bento box salad dressing was just weird. Salmon looked and tasted as though you would find something similar at a corporate franchise like olive garden. Small pre-made bag sauce. Texture was in-between over cooked and under cooked.(not sure how thats possible but they made it happen) Just unappetizing. Pot stickers had a mushy almost microwaved Texture and salty. Tepmpora variety of veggies and one piece of shrimp was nice but off putting still. Price matched the quality perfectly. I won't be back as the taste of corporate still lingers on my taste buds. Its seems like a well enough restaurant but for a sushi restaurant I expect fresh crisps, and what I got...
Read moreFood was pretty good for quality and what i ordered. Which was a hard cider, veggie tempura, and the beef ramen bowl. Server was really nice and attentive. I was 1 of 2 or 3 customers when i came in and only a few came after me. Over all, it was fun to try this place, however i dont know if i will be back. It was extremely expensive. The can of 2towns cider was 4 bucks which is fair. But the ramen alone was almost 20. Even with left overs for home, i just cant justify 20 for ramen. And almost everything on the menu was around that price or more. It looks like about 16-20, but that doesnt include the meat, which is an additional charge that varies by what you get and was about 4+ for any option. The veggie tempura was good, but again, 9 bucks minimum for it. And it was an ok portion size, but probably worth more around 6 for the veggie option alone. My total bill was 32 bucks (not including tip) and that was just for me alone. And not even any sushi which is usually the more expensive option at...
Read moreI can’t help but keep returning to this spot. The reviews about their ramen truly reflect reality! They’re playing in a whole different league with their ramen, particularly the broth and I caution you, it's wildly addictive.
I was also quite impressed with their sushi! We ordered four rolls, which were more than sufficient. The fish is fresh and flavorful, and the rice portion, which many places tend to oversaturate, is perfectly balanced at Sensei Sushi.
What impresses me the most is the dedication the chef shows to his restaurant. You can truly taste the love and attention in each dish. I've had the pleasure of chatting with him a few times, and his passion radiates!
If you are searching for a compelling appetizer, try the Ahi Tower. Stunning presentation and the myriad of flavors dances across your palet. The pricing is very reasonable given the quality and consistency they offer. I’ve visited this place eight times in the last two months, and I can confidently certify their...
