PROs: If you are looking for a good deal this is the place for you. I bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer here over 6 months ago and they really tried to work out a good bargain for me, which I am so appreciative for. The sales person and staff/owner were very patient with me as I took a while to make up my mind and decide what I wanted. CONS: they neglect to tell you certain things at the time of purchase

1. The hose connection for the water on the refrigerator has to be purchased separately , and the person who delivered the refrigerator wanted to charge me a fee just to attach it. He told me his job is just to deliver the appliance.
2. I changed my review today because now 6 months after having the refrigerator the water filter replacement light came on, when I went to change it, THERE WAS NO WATER FILTER CARTRIDGE in the refrigerator!!!! I guess I assumed because it was a brand new appliance one was there. There are certain things you expect to come with brand new appliances. I am so disgusted that I have been drinking and using ice from UNFILTERED WATER---- I replaced the filter yesterday but the water is not going through the new cartridge and I have to call the warranty dept for this ( $99 deductible/service).
3. Initially I had issues with the craft ice machine not working right after purchase but they did not want to send anyone to take a look at the issue, instead they had me doing all types of troubleshooting, which I had not issue with, but in the end, they tried to say I was the one to messed with the arm/lever in the freezer and this was the reason it was not working. They finally sent someone out several weeks later and actually wanted to charge me for this( I was within the 30 days), but after arguing with them, I was not charged. I ALWAYS SAY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DETERMINED HOW A COMPANY RESPONDS WHEN THINGS GO WRONG, NOT WHEN ALL GOES WELL WITH...

My fridge is on the fritz so I went to this store website and found one that I loved for a great price, I tried calling the store multiple times and no one answered so I go in person just to be told as soon as I look at the fridge that the online price is wrong and they will not sell for the price that brought me in the door. The salesman seemed apologetic, and seemingly tried his best to contact his manager to get her to allow the price to be honored only to hear her yelling through the phone and telling him no. Having a full blown phone conversation in front of customers is already a little off putting but to be yelling back and forth is so unprofessional. Obviously this store is not concerned with sales, even with no other customers in sight, because they wouldn't even do half the manufacturing price even after making us uncomfortable with the yelling. Needless to say we will be looking anywhere but here for a fridge or any other appliance needs...

My wife and I purchased a refrigerator here. It was a great price and the people who came and set it up were top notch. It ended up not being the refrigerator we thought it was. We called up and spoke to Leona and she apologized for the confusion on the description and the company swapped out for another refrigerator, no hassle. Top notch service!!! Edit. The second refrigerator was delivered by a different crew than the first and they were horrible. They didn't speak English so my wife could not communicate with them. They broke a picture frame when they came through the door. They scratched the heck out of my floor and they forgot to bring the ice drawer for the craft Ice.
