Extra Space Storage — Attraction in Melbourne

A lifesaver during my move (5 stars) I recently used Extra Space Storage in Melbourne, FL for self-storage while I was in between apartments, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Moving Made Easy: From the very beginning, the process was smooth and stress-free. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and guiding me through the rental process. They even offer a variety of unit sizes, which made it easy to find the perfect fit for my needs (and my budget!).

Clean and Secure: The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and secure. I never worried about the safety of my belongings, thanks to the gated entry, security cameras, and hours of access (which came in handy for those last-minute packing sessions!).

Dawn at Extra Space Storage has amazing customer service skills and reserved a space for my vehicle. There was one minor detail that needed adjusting probably because of miscommunication. Kevin made the necessary adjustments on a separate call and was able to secure my business because he was able to accommodate and work a reasonable rate and contract rental for my needs. With this initial treatment , I can’t wait to meet them in person , if our schedules allow, to thank them personally and be ready to give them another great review after the rental term ends.
