I am an advent supporter of NU2U family-owned business. I love coming here because the store is well put together, and the variety of books they have is vast. I am always pleased to come into this store and talk to the owner. She is very nice, kind, and caring. She has a great donation program that allows people to get books at a lower cost than normal; I personally have bought books from the owner on many occasions and donated many of my own books to her. She is also very personal and likes to remember the books that people are looking for and keep them on hold; she likes to remember the customers and what they are reading as well as recommend books that people would like within the same genre. This store is only run by two people, but with how well the store is run and how well the store is cleaned, I thought it was run by more than two people. Even if the books are too high out of reach, they will insist in getting the books down to ensure the safety of the customers. With the prices of books being as high as they are, I always come here to buy books because the prices are way lower than any other store you will go to while still having an amazing selection to browse with all sorts of genres such as romance, classics, manga, young adult, history, and horror. With all of this being said, I think this is the best place to buy books because of the reasons above, but I do just absolutely love this place and will continue to shop here for many years because of how friendly the owner is, how personable she is, and the wide selection of books she has. I have yet to experience any other store like this; she has also, on many occasions, helped me find books that I could only describe. She is very knowledgeable in the field she works in, which is another reason why...
Read moreI have been to this fine establishment twice now. Both times I purchased books. The staff is eccentric but extremely friendly. The books are dirt cheap, like seriously we bought 7 books today .... $2 each I mean what? whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Also, once I sold this guy Al a bunch of star wars book (Al had a book store in downtown Melbourne) this place bought them from Al for sure. Anyway, ask for Bill and give him a hard time when you see him. Ask him about the dewey decimal system, I'm pretty sure that's how the books are arranged..... I heard him say sort of alphabetical order to a guy, but no way. I basically know the alphabet and he is wrong. It's a great place. They have a million books. The staff is friendly. The book prices are low. Free mint candies. Free book marks. 90 degrees inside the store at all times. What more could you ask for? Oh that? Well they...
Read moreThe building is stacked with books from everything you can think of! Although it might look like just rows and rows of books on a shelf, they are organized quite well for a used book store. The lady at the front knew exactly where the books were that you might be looking for. As soon as I asked about a particular book, she was knowledgeable about it and knew she didn't have it right away without me having to search. When I asked her about a genre of books, she took me right to where I needed to look. Although they didn't have what I was looking for, I will go back! The prices are great, simple $1 / $2 / $3....
