Extremely nice built up area with beautiful blue lighting at dusk to illuminate the entire area with the colors of the University of Memphis and the darker it gets the prettier. I was there to help hold the annual tequila fest, which turned out to be magnificent with over 800 participants from the tri state area TN, AR, and MS. I also had an opportunity to participate in the annual Best of Mempis fest which also was fabulous and had a great turn out from the tri state as well. Located near the historical area of midtown the area is rich in history and has a lot of excitement to offer from a beautiful YMCA located on the same block to the Memphis Zoo featuring the lovely Overton park, a children museum and the sweet and lovely pink palace museum which is all located not too far from sites such as the downtown area which the Mississippi flows in between and separates our great states AR and TN. You'll find the pyramid standing tall which is hosting the brass pro shop a gasping site to see along with the Peabody hotel all not too far away from the business district, the old and famous Beatle st. With some much to see and do in Memphis its no wonder why tourist pack their way...

I attended the AutoZone Liberty Bowl Arkansas versus Texas Tech Had a great time at the stadium. It's always a good experience when your team wins right? Go hogs! The stadium is currently going through a remodel and revamping so the concession areas were quite crowded because a section of the stadium is not accessible. The vendors did their best to try to provide good service and make things fast, but it's a huge challenge to try to feed that many hungry fans in a quick way, but there was plenty of drinks to go around. But our favorite thing, the barbecue nachos ran out right at the start of the third quarter. I think they underestimated how much Arkansans and Texans Love our barbecue! Also the weather was great for this time of the year so the attendance was really good. I look forward to seeing how the stadium will be once the remodel is finished and hopefully we'll have more barbecue nachos to make it to the start of 4th quarter hahaha!!! Also, I want to say the city of Memphis and the stadium officials coordinated well to have good security. I felt safe walking from all of the lots And I wasn't worried that my car wouldn't be there when I got back from...

The Liberty Bowl Memorial Stadium was the host of the annual (Memphis Brew Fest) which was held on May 11, 2019.. the Liberty Bowl was such a great place for this event it was huge and phenomenal, there were hundreds of Memphis local breweries that displayed their beers there for sampling, you had the chance to try everyone’s products and also give a good opinion on how their beers tasted. All kind of flavors, styles, and everything you could imagine in the local brewery business, there was also several vendors that were selling food, form lobster to barbecue and Uncle Joe’s pork rinds and other places, Nachos, hot soft pretzels, hot wings, popcorn burgers... anything you could imagine to have on the side to join a frothy Brew. This is a great event although it was raining and the event was held inside on the canopy where are we all was completely dry.. the band was rocking all the hits and tunes!!! This event was not to miss. Thanks to Memphis Brew Fest and and Yelp for the contest providing 2 free tickets. We will...

It's the best (and only) place to watch Tiger Football and hear the Mighty Sound of the South. Game day is definitely busy, but the staff is friendly and getting through security and ticket gate is smooth, as long as you already have everything ready to go on your phone. Everything is Electronic ticket, so you MUST be prepared in advance. Otherwise, you're the reason the line isn't moving. There is plenty of parking. Yes, you're going to walk. But you expect that at a stadium. The more you pay for parking, the closer you are, but it's really all about the same. Handicaps parking is first come, first served, in a dedicated lot of Hollywood where you can go straight into Gate 1. A variety of food and beverage choices, at typical stadium prices. The vendors come around with tea, soft drinks, water, peanuts, and Cotton candy. Alcoholic beverages require you to go to concessions. Seating is a little tight. It's an old stadium that was built before ADA was a consideration. Prepare to love thy neighbor.
