711 Social — Restaurant in Memphis

I seriously love this place! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. As someone who’s obsessed with Malatang, this spot checks every box for me. The food is always delicious, and the staff are just as awesome. I think they’ve only been open for about a month or two, but I’ve already made it a habit to come here at least twice a week—no joke!

As for the pricing, it really depends on how hungry you are. I’ve built my own bowl every time, and it’s ranged anywhere from $13 to $30. Totally worth it every time.

I haven’t even made it past the Malatang part of the menu yet (because I have a bit of a Malatang addiction), but I plan to try the rest eventually. I’ve come here so often that the owner and staff know me pretty well by now—which makes sense, since I’m also a big fan of their other restaurant in town.

I’m always looking for something different. Very very casual. Small tables with stools. One person spoke English and he was incredibly polite. We discussed the menu a little bit, but I had previously read it and knew what I wanted to try. I did not want my food very very spicy and he helped me make decisions on the spiciness. The spring rolls Were very good. The chicken wings were whole wings incredibly crunchy with a delicious slightly spicy sauce on them. The french fries were probably one of the most amazing french fries I’ve ever had. They were thin, crinkle cut incredibly crispy and soft on the inside. We ask him not to make them real spicy and they were perfect and we’re so good that you didn’t need to dip them in anything.
