Currently in the 4th generation of existence as a public city park in Menomonie.
Originally built as a small marina by the Wolske's while the spring waters of 1958 backed up the river, this location became the longest lasting of three marina ventures created at that time.
With new owners in 1984 who added a small bait shop and boat ramp, Wolske Bay Marina continued on until 1992 when the final marina operators took possession.

We had never been to this park, but it was easy to locate near the public library/Lake Menomin. On-site parking. We followed the paved paths through the park, admired the many colorful displays, took some photos and listened to the holiday music. Cost: Free. Accessibility: Seems to be wheelchair accessible since we saw many parents brought wagons and strollers (we skipped the stroller since our young children enjoyed walking/running on the paths.).
