Taco Bell — Restaurant in Menomonie

I visit this Taco Bell too often and I just wanna say how sweet an amazing they all are. My personal favorite employee is April. Shes always sweet,funny and regardless the day she's always got a smile on her face. She is beyond polite and definitely needs a raise the way she takes pride in her work the way she does. If you have employee of the month award she definitely more than deserves it. We ALL know that fast food life isn't easy nor are most people as polite to them as they are to thier customers. It never matter the time of day I go there not one of them have even remotely a bad attitude. Thank you guys for being one of my personal favorite fast food joints and making actual quality food because let's be real you almost have to go to McDonald's at a certain time only because you might get the stretch of crew members that put a thumbprint in your Big Mac and find that acceptable. Their value menu was my main go to snack after school and before work, but lately the quality of the food has dipped significantly. Everytime I order a cheesy bean and rice burrito, I get 75% beans, and everytime I order a spicy potato soft taco, its 60% lettuce. It seems like nowadays they are treating their dollar menu as a way to effectively throw away their excess beans, lettuce, etc. Drive though staff also asks too many questions and do NOT listen when I try to navigate around their 4 questions. This place ! They need more Coaching ! They lack leadership and coaching!
