Shaws-(Continental Blvd) Whether or not the cashiers are trained properly or the cash registers aren't programmed correctly, unfortunately, anything on clearance or sale doesn't ring up correctly at registers 95% of the time. I have had to go to the customer service desk more times than I can say to get a refund for items overpriced. In some instances, up to $19.00 over. Just a note: I was asked if I wanted a call from the store manager to speak with him about this ongoing issue. That never happened. My major concern would be for customers that don't scrutinize their total believing that it is always correct.

I have purchased items on a number of occasions just to get them home and find out they expired months ago. Their produce is often on the verge of rotting. The seafood department is seldom attended to, and commonly stinks of old fish. Their baggers are terrible. They put cans on top of produce. I am finding the selection throughout the store very limited and the prices are just skyrocketing which is dissapointing. I do appreciate the signature meat at the deli as I know they are cooked onsite and I try my best to stay away from processed foods that typically contain extra additives.
