Desert Solutions Skin Therapy — Attraction in Mesa

I had an appointment scheduled for 7:15pm. I was running a little late because I got off work late. I texted Sherri in advance and let her know I was running late due to getting off work late at even gave her my ETA (which was less than 10 minutes after my appointment time). I texted her this at 7:00pm. The website says that appointments will be held for 15 minutes if running late , but she responded to my text saying “I’m not inclined to stay any later today” at 7:17pm. I texted her at 7:18pm that I was only 3 minutes away. When I arrived, the doors were locked. I texted her and she she said they lock at 7:00pm and that she had left. Really unprofessional to have a policy on the website that says appointments will be held for 15 minutes for late arrivals and then not honoring that policy. It was not my fault I got off work late, and I gave her an advance notice. I’d recommend going to a different business that knows how to run it...
