Good luck getting any hat at the one in Mesa, AZ. I ordered 2 hats 3 days ago tried to call everyday to make sure they had them. They never answer the phone. My pick up time was today at 4:30 pm. I tried to call again before driving clear over there. No answer. I go to pick them up Ryan the Mgr comes to the window apologizes to me and said we ran out today. I said I purchased mine 3 days ago why weren't they put back for my pick up? He says look I am sorry we don't have them. I can't help you. call the number on the website. I tried to ask his name but he slammed the drive thru window shut. This guy needs a serious attitude adjustment and does not belong as a Mgr dealing with customers. So I get my receipt at the bottom it states if you have any problem with your order call this number. Guess what the number is the Mesa store which they don't answer. By the way Chandler location doesn't answer their phone either. What's up with that? So I was only a couple of miles away so I drove back to the store and Ryan to explain to him the number on my receipt to call if I have a problem with an order is your number and you don't answer your phone. He got even nastier with me, repeating what he told me earlier to call the website. I asked him to give me corporates number. He wrote it down, handed it to me. I asked his name he mumbled it and then slammed the window in my face again. How can this guy be a manager? I put my car in park holding up drive thru until an employee finally answered the window and I got Ryan's name. So much for customer service. Not sure how I am going to get my money back and they need to quit advertising merchandise they don't have. I bet I could go on there right now and order more, pymt would be excepted and they don't have them. When she asked the manager unlock the restroom she proceeded to tell my mother in law that she needed to buy something āfirstā. My mother in law let her know that was the intention when the manager told her she needed to buy something like a āwaterā. Finally after back and forth the manager said she would do it this one time but still had to make comments as if itās taking away her pay to do so. My mother in law told her if she continued to make comments she would call corporate. The manager then advised she wasnāt going to open it and walked away with my son needing the restroom. This seems to be an issue with this location per the last reviews. I will be filing a complaint.
My wife tried speaking to the general manager apparently its his policy, he couldnāt even speak with her for two minutes to address her question on why he would have it if its bad service to customers and he hung up. Ignorant...
