Magic Rabbit Tattoo — Attraction in Mesa

Amazing experience with Ange of Magic Rabbit Tattoo! I had a pretty involved design for a full back tattoo(s), which involved free-handing some areas, as well as fine line detail, and she got through the entire thing in four hours (and this is after an hour of consultation, sketches, changing the art work, stencil, plus breaks in between). What a champ! And it was a lot of fun the entire time, lots of joking and laughing, she definitely is personable. She made sure that I was comfortable and had enough snacks, made sure I was drinking enough fluids, and would check in with me often to make sure i was all right just in general. And the place itself is really nice. Super clean, well lit, and charming in a whimsical sort of way. And of course, the finished tattoo looked amazing! This place is wonderful for so many reasons! I live in Flagstaff, so I worked with Ange entirely over email to discuss what I wanted and set-up the appointment. Ange asked for photos and information, and made it really easy to pay my deposit. Upon arrival, I found the shop to be clean and inviting. It was so unlike any other tattoo shop I've been to - it definitely feels like an upgraded boutique experience. Ange offered me snacks and refreshments, walked me through the design, and talked through the options on sizing. Ange was very friendly, making me feel safe and comfortable. And the tattoo - GORGEOUS! Better than I could have imagined! It's based on my wedding bouquet, and Ange did an amazing job designing it from the photos I sent, color matching from the bouquet I brought, and successfully covering up an almost 20 year old tattoo that I hated. Totally worth driving...

The artists here are not only insanely talented but also super friendly and patient. They took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered great advice, and made sure I was 100% happy with the design before starting.

The attention to detail during the tattoo process was impressive. The shop is spotless, everything is sanitized, and I felt completely safe the entire time. My artist worked with a light hand, and the end result blew me away — crisp lines, vibrant color, and exactly what I envisioned (if not better).
