1/23/25'- Food still good, but if you know how to make koobideh or kabob i suggest you use the time at home as youll surely get the order quicker. No matter if there are orders in front of yours or not it for some reason always takes 25 to 35 mins to make a kabob or shwarma plate and ive yet to figure out why? When i make koobideh at my house the time is in the prep work, not the cook time... here the prep work has been done as of that morning. One of lifes great mysteries im guessing. In short if you are told 15 mins for a pick up order i wouldnt worry a bit if you showed at 30 as youll likely be just on time or have 5 to wait. So going by what's told to me at 5:55 pm it was put to me that with 3 caterings to put together that at some point pre 5 pm they had run out of rice to go with prepared meals for dine in or take out. When rice certainly doesn't take the time to prep or even cook such as lamb shank or some other "major" potion of the meal, I'd say the acting mgr on this day (7/25/24') hasn't a clue of proper customer service or satisfaction. One wouldn't expect a days portion of rice to be made, but enough to cover at least 7 to 15 meals would've be more than doable. IMPORTANT SIDENOTE- you can be the sole order being made, "10- 15 mins" is a standard statement made at all times, if none of the male personnel are working the kitchen, it won't be 20/25 but closer to 30 mins, and mind you that's for 1 or 4...

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was so bad that I feel like people deserve a heads up, from the moment we walked in, the energy was off the staff barely acknowledged us and seemed annoyed that we were even there, the service was very slow we waited almost 45 mins and when our food finally came it was a complete let down, my meal was cold and bland, and my friends meal was undercooked, we politely brought it up but they were dismissive and made us feel that we were the problem no apology no offer to fix it. Just attitude. I left an honest review about the experience and guess what? It was deleted. it’s clear that they only keep the good reviews, and quietly remove any criticism, that says a lot about how they run their business, instead of improving, they just hide the truth. if you’re thinking about eating here based on the glowing reviews be careful they don’t reflect reality I wouldn’t come back and I definitely won’t recommend this place to anyone who values good food, respectful service, or honesty from a...

So I walked in and I put in my order. I sat there forty five minutes and the girl had the food sitting behind her, but she was too busy talking to her friend and forty five minutes later, I walked up to her and I told her hey, where's my food and she hands me the cold food. I was 6 feet away from her. She claimed that she called my number, which she did not. I mean, even if she would have called my number, why didn't you call my number the second time.
