The lady who worked as a cashier today...happens to be awesome and very helpful! She's got a great, positive attitude and works well with her customers. The man who works there, who helped me by loading up groceries into my truck is very nice and a real gentleman! They're wonderful people and they have really good stuff in their market. I bought some stuff there that you don't find in regular stores and my family and I would love to try some of these things. Anyways, I will definitely be coming back! I noticed that they do corn maze and fun activities there for families! But they won't be open until Autumn season! Which I would love to bring my family in. I hope the government doesn't shut down our festivals in the fall this year. A lot of people will be angry if they did...fingers crossed 🤞 Right now, they're selling fireworks but the fun stuff has been shut down due to our own government and Covid -19...they're definitely worth the visit and...

I visited this farmer's market last Sunday January 21st. I'd seen it for years passing by. It has flags advertising its low prices.

I picked out 10 veggies. I was wary as half of what I chose seemed old and unwashed. But I thought maybe it's great. It wasn't. The bell peppers were in a bin with ones that were rotting.

The yellow potatoes were soft. The cucumbers looked old and the tomatoes seemed on their last day. The grapes looked half ok.

I've never bought from a farmers market so I thought maybe it would all taste amazing. I was very wrong. The tomatoes had black seeds. The cucumbers were aging green from the outside in. I had to throw half the grapes away. The broccoli tasted old.

I thought I got a great deal. Not. I went to Fry's tonight and got all fresh amazing produce as usual. I'm quite disgusted with...

Great prices on produce. And I mean great. Juicy honeycrisps for 99¢ a pound and ripe avocados 2/$1. Large bags of local grapefruit for $1.50. Cheapest potatoes onions broccoli and green beans around. Some items like bread and tortillas are pricey. It's a small store. Don't expect to do all your grocery shopping here. The store also has specialty foods like cactus jellies, fudges and local products. Could be a good place for buying gifts, actually. There are a large number of Power Road salsas for sale. I have tried several and they are some of the best salsas ever— worth the cost. Be warned, though—hot salsas aren't marked as "hot" like they are in the supermarket. You gotta know your peppers... Or ask one of...

Power Road Farmers Market is one of my favorite local spots to grab fresh produce and support small growers. Everything here looks vibrant and full of life, from the fruits and veggies to the local honey, salsas, and baked goods. The place is always clean, well-organized, and the staff are friendly without ever being pushy. I love that it’s open almost every day, so I can swing by whenever I need something fresh for the week. The atmosphere has that welcoming, down-to-earth feel that makes shopping here actually relaxing. Highly recommend it if you want local flavor and great quality!

After several months of driving by without stopping when visiting this area, a common cold lead me to a treasure of gold. The market is SUPERB, Yes, SUPERB. The quality produce is extremely fresh, well priced and readily available in small quantities. Local and Regional honey sections in a variety of flavors and sizes. Quality food staples that make shopping convenient and affordable. The owner, Julie, is very personable and friendly. I look forward to many more visits and making this my main staple for food when visiting the Mesa/Gilbert area. Thank You Local Farmers.

Try to shop local when you can. This small country store has a little bit of everything. A great place to come buy local produce and handmade food goods. Big signs on Power Road to guide you into the dirt parking lot to buy some fruits and veggies at some great prices. There was even a small artisan fair in the adjacent parking lot when I stopped on a Saturday. It is not very roomy inside, so if you have a big group, a stroller, or a wheelchair, you might have to be patient and not in a hurry to shop.
