Nice hotel and casino with a fab waterfall at the entrance and parking area. It's great to have staff with smiling faces! Room were OK, beds too soft for me and no coffee making facilities mark it down for me. Instead coffee is available 24hrs at the entrance to the rooms with a 75c refill all day so keep hold of your receipt, but non the less you expect to able to make it in your room! The jewel here is the great pool, again with waterfall feature not really deep enough to swim though as it caters more for families and the safety of children. Really lovely area with ample sun loungers and grassy area to picnic. We had mothers day brunch here and the food was quality. Love bands play certainly at weekends with is a good distraction and alternative to the gambling. Overall worth the stay.

Well it was a layover in mesquite for a rzr trip to the bar 10 ranch in Arizona. We are currently on a rzr vacation headed from Colorado to the rubicon trail in commiefornia. The fod here is about as bad as you would expect from a completely budget oriented establishment, the BAR 10 ranch was fantastic family fun. after departing this place the trip was 90 miles of dirt roads to the bar 10 ranch, we stayed in covered wagons at the bar 10. After departure the 2nd day from the bar 10 ranch we headed 45 miles one way to the grand canyon and made it back had a GREAT DINNER. And headed back the following day, we did however have a few rzr problems and had to make the trip 60 miles longer. We are back here now and safe, headed to the rubicon.

Came down for a funeral in St George Utah and the hotels there are expensive and horrible ,so I decided to drive 30 minutes further and stay at a casino (Casa Blanca) because it was 70% cheaper.Being here I love to gamble but did'nt plan on it so my grandson got really sick and we played slots when we arrived for 1/2 hour.I told him which slot to play and gave him $60.00 and after a few minutes he had built it up to $260.00 and I said cash out.So he's ahead and got sick the next day so he has'nt played anymore.I had'nt played at all so last night after eating he was still feeling ill and it was 9;00 p.m. so I thought before we had to check out in the morning I'd play my favorite machine for 1/2 hour.Glad I did.

No cameras in parking lots and the gaurds will blame you, even when your the victim.

We've had 2 seperate incidents on 2 different occasions with the same security gaurd.   We believe we're being targeted, and discriminated against.

The 1st incident with Mindy/Mandy/Misty (unsure of her name, she didn't divulge her name or introduce herself.

Which my research says it's mandatory in the security gaurd rules.) There was a medical emergency with our mom and it was with the same gaurd as the 2nd incident.  Our mom's heart stopped in the bathroom and she yelled at her to move, that our mom can't be doing that, she verbally assulted her and physically made her move to sit on a toilet, in front of many spectators. Emergency services were NOT called. GREAT negligence on the casino's part.

Security guards are not supposed to threaten you when you report another party hitting your car.  The security lady Mindy/Mandy/Misty (she never introduced herself or divulged her name, we saw it started with an M and was a short name.) She publicly harrassed us, verbally abused us, followed me when I tried to get away, got in my face many times, pointing her finger, berating me for no reason.  We didn’t feel safe at all and it was our car that got damaged.

Besides fearing for our safety, she tried taking my 1st amendment rights away (saying I don't have rights on private property) and tried to make me leave the scene of the accident because she didn't like me standing up for me and my wife.  She also obtained my wife's ID illegally as it was not for gambling purposes or a crime.

She's an elder security gaurd and there was also the older gentleman gaurd with a mustache, wearing a yellow security shirt and salt pepper hair that was there too (he never introduced himself either), nor did he try to help.

They're refusing to take our reports, refusing to send the "forms we need" (their words), to file complaints and dening us the security footage (they want a subpoena), and their report write-ups from the incidents as per our rights and many requests.

Contacted the BBB where the casino personnel continued their fabrications and avoiding the requests to file formal complaints against the emploees. Much like others here, and many other platforms.

We gave them proof after proof, they...

Per usual, played for 2.5 hours on one machine that said my card was accepted... Yet it earned no points. Most of the machines have card readers that don't work or are hardly functioning. They are extremely outdated and hard to navigate. It's difficult to want to be a loyal customer when you can't even get your club card to work. You get no perks at all for playing. It's frustrating to see you've updated your bathrooms twice since we've started coming to your casino yet you still have the same outdated malfunctioning club card readers.

FYI I was talking to my mom in the bathroom at the Casa Blanca about card reader issues and a lady came in and caught the tale end of the conversation and said "oh you must be talking about Eureka!... I have filled out comment card after comment card for years to no avail. They just don't care. I hardly go there anymore because of it."

Food... In the last month we've eaten there 3 times once at Gregory's which is usually fantastic. However, I was brought a very raw lobster that we wanted about an hour and 20 minutes for and it was replaced with another raw lobster. Other people were sending their food back to the kitchen, some saying "never mind just take it off the bill." People were waiting forever for food and the wait staff did their best considering the problem was in the kitchen.... The other 2x this month we ate at Mason Street. We have been so disappointed that the menu has changed back to the original Cafe menu that is nowhere near the quality of the original Mason Street menu when the restaurant was first redone. Our family didn't like the original Cafe and instead would visit Casa Blanca for meals and gambling. We started eating at Mason Street when Casa had some menu issues and Mason Street was opened. It was fantastic. Now Casa has improved their menu and Mason street reverted to their old menu. So now Casa is our top choice for food and the fact that the club card readers work. I'm hoping we won't have to completely abandon Eureka as Gregory's was our last like at the casino. But even then 1 restaurant won't make up for loss of people gambling. If patrons don't feel they're loyalty isn't going to be rewarded by using their club cards they'll go elsewhere especially if theirs not even a good cafe or restaurant to...

Checked in finally got to our room and there is a roach laying on one of the beds. Call downstairs and house keeping comes in to remove the bug and change the bedding. Whatever no big deal we are here and do not want to drive all the home because of a bug. So I call downstairs and ask if I can bring a cooler down to the pool, the answer is yes. So I lug my cooler down to find a pool so crowded we could hardly enter the water. Still ok whatever lets try and stay as far from people as we can and enjoy fathers day weekend. No, now someone claiming to be the hotel manager comes down and tells my neighbors on the lawn, because there were no open seats, that she is taking our cooler. Luckily my neighbor convinced her to leave it so I wouldn't have to go on a hunt to find my cooler full of uncrustables. Now I'm just ready to go back to my room get ready and shower to go eat. The whole family is starving so we head to the Cafe. I ask the hostess if she would like my name she replies no, and I get in line and stand there for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Now I get to the front if the line and am told that she will need my name and to have a seat for possibly another 30 mins. Ok I have a seat, after 15 mins I ask how much longer, im rudely told welp there's no where for you to sit so who knows. I live in Vegas and go out every chance I get. We were so excited to get away from town and enjoy ourselves and let me tell you that was a mistake. Dont come here just go to Vegas. The service is way better and the rooms don't have roaches. The only helpful people at this place was housekeeping. This was a waste of an entire weekend. We didn't even stay one night, we were so frustrated we left, got McDonald's...
