I work for them and I've never hated my life more. My manager Barbie is the worst manager and person I've ever met. Just plain nasty. While begining training as cafe supervisor she demoted me and forced me to take a $3/hr paycut and proceeded to tell the upper management it was "my decision" to move she's been nothing but rude and degrading to me since I started and it finally escalated yesterday when she yelled at me over an honest mistake and threatened to "throw me out". I've tried to talk to her manager Diana and got nowhere, she acted as if I said nothing. Mesquite gaming has an "open door policy" but it's just for show, if you're having a problem that effects your job or future at said job they don't care. I'm going to HR on Monday and demanding a transfer out of that department or I'll put in my 2 week notice. No job is worth...
