There are many negative reviews for this restaurant, so it's time to clear the bad air once and for all. Remember that every experience will be different.
Myth: Restaurant is easy to miss and is hiding behind a Panda Express.
BUSTED! It is clearly visible to see from the highway. Large sign is impossible to miss.
Myth: Trash is overflowing.
BUSTED! Came in during peak lunch hour. Zero trash overflowing.
Myth: Restrooms and tables are dirty.
BUSTED! They are relatively clean. Nothing special.
Myth: Restaurant staff does nothing.
COMFIRMED! Staff didn't clean during peak hour, just stood around and did nothing. It seems like they don't have a manager which appears to be the root of the restaurant's problems.
Myth: No iced tea, salad dressing, or veggies.
BUSTED! There's plenty!
Myth: The burrito is half the size of your fist.
BUSTED! You must have a very large fist. The burrito is a good size. However, they said they ran out of burritos, while they were holding tortillas. In the end, I got my burrito so it doesn't really matter.
A normal Chipotle would deserve a 4/5 and this Chipotle is overall pretty average. Other than the disengaged staff, it was a nice experience. Still, the whole staff greeted us as we walked in. Also, we cannot confirm whether we saw...
Read moreChipolte is one of our favorite restaurants. We used to go two times a week before we moved to Mesquite. This location needs to get it together and hopefully they will. We went in yesterday. Third time weâve gone there. Theyâre out of things I asked to get an iced tea. it was 1240 and one kid looked at the other kid and said do we have iced tea and they said no he said you want to make some and the other kid said no. That is a staple in chipotle Iâve been eating there for 15 years last time we went in there, they were out of veggies. I am a vegetarian, so that wasnât going to work yesterday there were five or six people standing around yesterday. There were two dirty tables in the dining area and not anybody but one other couple & us at lunchtime on a Saturday. The last time we went in there, the meat looked old and my husband said something to the girl so sheâs just stirred it up a little bit does not seem like management is top-notch. Also, the staff never ask if you want a salad dressing Twice now Iâve gone home and not had one. I believe itâs their job to ask I forget, but it would make sense to ask if youâre getting a salad anyway we really love chipotle but this location in our opinion is just not run well yet so weâre hoping they will We love to support...
Read moreUpdate: I went back again and although the food tasted great, the potion sizes are back to skimpy. I heard that they only increased the sizes due to a boycott. Itâs unfortunate that theyâre back to the smaller portions again.
Shoutout to Angel for the best service!! He gave me the most generous portions, and made sure to give me quality food. I could tell the food had been sitting since no one had come in recently. Angel made sure I didnât get any old food. Usually when I go to chipotle (every location) Iâve noticed they purposely give skimpy portions, especially with the guacamole; this stinks because its expensive food! Angel gave me great portions, and definitely did not skimp. I asked for his name just so I could write a review about him!! Seriously, if you are this guys manager give him a raise or promotion or something đ
My husband took me to chipotle for Motherâs Day because he knows how much I love the food & we donât eat out hardly ever. It might have just been a small thing to the worker, but this really made my night and helped end Motherâs Day on a high note. đ«¶đ» also this location has always tasted great whenever I eat here, including...
