⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️Yilis was SPECTACULAR! She first sat me down, introduced herself, and asked what I was looking for. I told her I needed a root touch up , trimming of my ends and was looking forward to doing curtain bangs. I told her I come from another hair stylist who moved out of my area and used products that usually are vegan and clean and not too heavy on the chemicals. I loved that she asked me and was curious as to why I like clean products and I told her because of hormone changes in me lately and that I want to minimize my exposure overall to harsh chemicals, and that I aim for my hair to stay as healthy for as long as possible. She offered and showed me products that they held that were the cleanest in their bunch with low ammonia and no harsh smells. And she did add , which I appreciated, that sometimes we do need some exposure to some chemicals for certain things we want in our hairs. Because it may be the only way that we may lock in a particular style for example or lock in a color, etc. Nevertheless, that indeed, it should be something we do not do frequently but once in a while it shouldn’t be too harsh. I appreciated that she educated me on that end. She was so gentle during the whole process including the hair wash process. Literally gave me a scalp massage. She threw in a hydrating treatment for my hair and taught me how to implement hydrating treatments at home ; she adviced that for my hair at least once a week should suffice. She treated my hair like it was made of satin, was so careful even when drying it and making sure the temperature was good for me. She literally taught me how to maintain my bangs so I can style it appropriately. I asked her questions pertaining controlling frizz and educated me. I LOVED that she noticed I was a little nervous/excited about the bangs so she gradually would cut them and then had me look and approve. She was super communicative: Before trimming my ends she told me she was going to do that, before cutting my bangs she told me what was going to happen, before trimming further etc. She went as far as giving me a little jar of the hydrating treatment she had used on me to take home. When it came to payment, I felt I was charged fairly and overall I had a great first experience. All throughout everyone was friendly and kind offering water frequently or coffee. Yesterday, I had a great experience at Hair Healers. The ease of making an appointment using their online appointment system, pricing available on their website so that you don't walk out surprised by what you're charged (not cheap, but definitely not overpriced), the communication with clients (new and old) even before you walk in the door, their sensitivity to your valuable time and concern about being punctual, the professionalism of the owner (Dania) and her team. The salon had great charm, the staff was very welcoming, even offering a glass of wine if I so chose. My hair treatment with Jennie was really relaxing and moisturized my hair so nicely. But Dania, the owner and master stylist and colorist - she was tremendous and did a great job with my new, short hair style. She took her time, focused on her work, and gave me a fantastic new look. But if tomorrow, I were to wake up and decide my new look doesn't work for me (too hard to style, etc.), the salon will "make it right" as long as I return within 15 daysl What a...

Update: I have been coming here for over a year now and my view stands the same. This is a family business that is run as much. Everyone is sweet and helpful. Aside from the masterful services you feel a sense of personal touch and hospitality. Stylists go out of their way to educate clients. I say this coming as a non practicing cosmetologist who has worked in 2 salons before. I love this place.

I have endless praise for this salon since my first visit. Entire staff was professional, attentive and kind. You can tell they respect each other and enjoy working there - it shows. My stylist was extremely knowledgeable and explained each process/product and the benefit every step of the way. Typically getting my hair done is a chore but I felt pampered this time given the level of service.
