Stone Harbor Marina Inc — Attraction in Middle Township

We purchased our new Pursuit S288 at the 2025 Atlantic City boat show and met with Ed Bickel, John Quinn and Marco the finance manager. Our experience could not have been better and their attention to detail was second to none. They took the time to answer all our questions and made the experience amazing!

The purchase and finance agreement was a breeze, and our boat was delivered to us ahead of schedule. It’s very rare that the purchase of a boat or a car could exceed your expectations but this did.

As well, Jake in the service dept. was exceptional as every time I called to ask a question, he answered and was amazingly professional. We even had a service call at our home and they sent technician Gabe to look at and work on our boat. He spent as much time as we hoped he would, and answered every question, and then some.

We could not have had a better experience and I will be buying our next boat, if we need to, from the gang at Stone...

*UPDATE 7/10/2018 Shortly after this review the owner reached out, arranged for one of his employees to repair the open items and even compensated me for work done by another marina and parts that I had bought in order to address some problems myself. While it is unfortunate that I had this experience it is clear that he owner takes Customer satisfaction seriously. I am hopeful that the lack of communication was not the norm.

Dave (sales) was great and the sales process was wonderful, but after delivery the Sales Manager, Tommy, said he would have someone come to my marina and fix the remaining issues, including and incorrectly installed VHF. Do not buy a used boat from this company. They misrepresented the features the boat had online then were difficult about it when I asked that they match what’s they advertised on yacht world. They ended up putting on the windlass but the up/down switches were reversed and they put the wrong rode on it and sent it to me unworkable. When I asked them to pay to fix it they refused until I talked to one of the owners and they still didn’t pay to have it wired correctly. . All they did was send me rode by fed ex.
