I ordered 4 to go margaritas at the bar which cost $60 and they were awful. They were so sour that no one could drink them. I decided to go back and ask if they could fix them b/c I just spent $15 per drink. This bartender, who unfortunately I didn’t get her name, was the most rude and nasty bartender I have ever encounter. She had a shaved head and I think she was from Russia. She tried to fix the margarita and it still was terrible. I don’t think she knew how to make drinks. We asked for a different drink, a Moscow mule. She made it with ginger ale instead of ginger beer. We questioned her and she snapped at us, and said she didn’t have ginger beer. We asked for a manger and we explained to him what was going on and he was also so rude. He said he had to go somewhere else to get ginger beer. When he returned with the ginger beer the bartender said I am not making them any drinks, so the manger dropped the ginger beer at the bar and walked away. So we waited another 15 minutes until Finally I spoke to a very kind employee who offered to reimburse us our $60. I really appreciated him since we had already been there for over an hour trying to get a decent drink. Needless to say, I will never spend my money here again. The pizza is terrible, the bar is awful & this place has gone so down hill. It is really sad that a manager allows an employee to speak to him that way and he does nothing. She should be fired, she doesn’t know what she is doing and she is so rude to her manager and your costumers. Just so sad how expensive these places are and they have such a horrible staff…hire better people or you will continue to lose customers. Go to Fred’s if you are in stone harbor, such better staff and...

Oof. On the positive side, the food was pretty good! We got two pizzas and two salads to share between four people. The gluten free pizza is $5 ā€œupgradeā€ (which if you have a gluten allergy, you know this isn’t like an amenity you get to splurge on…). Anyway, on to the negatives. Our first clue should have been that they had tables available at 7pm on a holiday weekend. The hostess kept apologizing for having it take a while to clear the tables, which we were like ā€˜no big deal?’ But perhaps this was just some preemptive apologizing for how bad the service would be. First, no one acknowledged us for about 20 minutes, even when we’d try to catch someone’s eye. Our server came and we ordered everything. My MIL tried to order 2 different beers (both out). Drinks came one at a time because something was wrong with the tap. The second beer that came out was half beer and half foam and they informed my MIL that her 3rd choice wasn’t available. She ordered a corona and they brought the wrong beer. We figured it wasn’t worth saying anything at that point. Our server seemed pretty grumpy. TBH I don’t begrudge service workers for being grumpy with how hard their jobs can be and the horrible people they often have to deal with. But it seems indicative of the less than ideal working conditions. Finally, the prices were ridiculous for what you got. I understand a shore markup, but yikes. Overall, we won’t be returning. I hope they get some better management and reconsider the...

The only people who will enjoy pizza from this new take on the old Stone Harbor Pizza are people who don't know what it used to be, or people who would rather pay for the homogenized "Reeds" look on the front window instead of decent pizza or a decent menu. Besides serving nothing but overpriced pizza that is only the shadow of the awesome shore pizza this establishment used to sell (literally the menu is less than a page long), the wait staff teenagers are slow, disengaged, and relatively incompetent. We received our pizza before the "appetizers" we ordered, which consisted of french fries and chicken fingers that should have been on the kids menu. There wasn't anything else to order but wings. The pizza itself was awful- oily to the point of dripping off the pie, with different crust that couldn't hold the cheese, and the tables on the deck are so small, that once they put the pizza down, there was no room for the dish you need to eat it. A couple of badly placed awnings do nothing to cover the tables, so don't think about going from 4-7PM, or eat inside while passersby gawk at you. We've been coming to Stone Harbor pizza for more than 19 years, and sadly, it seems this tradition is now over for us. Sometimes the best way to keep a good thing going is to LEAVE IT ALONE. If I could give it less than a...

Best pizza on the island. Everything came out tasty and our service was great. It's super quiet in the off-season! Brianna was a wonderful server and we loved her upbeat, positive attitude. The pizza was hot, fresh and clearly made with high-quality ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes and sliced buffalo mozzarella cheese. 2 large pizzas was perfect for 4 people and we had plenty of leftovers! The mozzarella sticks came out room temperature and are very overpriced for what they are, but it didn't ruin the experience. Highly recommend getting your pizza fix here. Pro Tips: - If you have an allergy, try the gluten free personal pizza and add your own toppings (additional charge for toppings) - Ask for a table outside by the water - Try the simple, yet crispy white pizza with mozzarella, garlic oil, olive oil ($15 or $19) - It's not fancy outside, paper plates and plastic cups - Definitely can get a table outside in the off-season

You will be hard pressed to find a late night spot in the town of Stone Harbor, but Stone Harbor Pizza Pub delivered a late night bite & basic bar fun. On a Friday evening my group & one other couple sat down at the bar, housed two pizzas and enjoyed Green Tea shots in the company of an attentive and knowledgeable bartender who seemed happy to have some late night business. The pizza itself came out of the kitchen quickly with all the qualities of a delicious pizza. The crust was thin and crispy. The cheese and sauce were in perfect balance. I also enjoyed a slice of sausage, which was good but they could be more generous with the topping. Here is my one gripe - it is way TOO EXPENSIVE. A 16ā€ pizza for $19.00 dollars at $3.00 a topping! That they skimp on?! That’s highway robbery that The Reeds Is able to pull off since it’s an upscale hotel- gone are the days are delicious late night affordable pizza.

I enjoy going to restaurants that get unfair beef from disgruntled ex workers (you don’t know the situation, as the situation should always remain confidential) or entitled folks (never satisfied or just bitter) and have people like that being proven wrong time and time again. Yes, especially at a time when many small businesses are struggling, this is still happening but they just don’t care. My inner Dean Martin would say it only needs more gravy, and my own chutzpah/ego even made a polite suggestion about it. šŸ˜‚ 😘 But on our next nostalgia trek, I’d eat these meatballs again in Stone Harbor. And the waterfront view was beautiful. So good! Another wonderful memory together.
