TRULY BLESSED and thankful for Mark Bailey Attorney at Law for his dedication and commitment to going above and beyond our expectations during his representation of my brother. When we first met with Mark, our family was distraught! Our mom was so worried and afraid of what my brother’s fate might be due to a silly mistake. Our first encounter with Mark convinced us that we had made the right decision by consulting with him. Mark was extremely thorough, informative, and confident in his ability to defend my brother. He addressed every possible outcome that my brother could face, including potential jail time. Mark was extremely personable and even shared some life experiences (in my opinion to help comfort our mother and relate as a parent). When I saw the smile on my mom’s face at the conclusion of our meeting, I knew that she felt more at ease and believed that he would DELIVER. We left his office well informed and most of all a with a sense of reassurance that we retained the right attorney for the job. After Mark gathered pertinent information and footage associated with the case, we once again visited his office. We were advised of the offer he was going to present on my brother’s behalf, as well as the counter offers that could be made. On the day my brother had to appear in court, I sent him a text reassuring him that he would be fine because I, too, had believed in Mark’s ability to present the best defense for him. The outcome of the case was EXACTLY what Mark hoped to negotiate. We are ecstatic over the results! My brother has returned to work doing what he loves most and can now focus on his career and personal goals and move forward with his life! If anyone decides to have this crook represent you, at least make sure you keep all texts, phone calls, emails, documents, everything. I also agree with NW. Mark Anthony Bailey robbed me of my money. Once we have argued in court, a decision was made where he had 30days to pay me back.....guess what? Its been damn near 45 days and i still haven't gotten a dime. He has his Secretary lying and copping attitudes almost if she cant get snatched up. You can't ask Bailey what process is he making with the case he just curses you out say he's signing himself off the case if youre not satisfied with his work but never answers what progress he made. He wants to hurry up and get paid but he does the bare minimum as an attorney. Don't get me wrong he's average smart however his professionalism is in the basement. He definitely lies. Alot. One minute he tells you one thing another minute its totally different. He only visited my fiancee' a total of maybe 2 times even though he said "i'll spend alot of time with him, he's very near to my office." It's a shame the worst lawyers that get over on people have melanin in their skin. Don't trust him. The moment he gets Majority or All of his money, the outcome of your case change, after not changing for 2years......guess its a coincidence huh? He starts going over things with you that was never an option before he got All or Majority of the money he charges. He lies telling you you'll pay $15,000 before trial and an extra $10,000 if you take him to trial but lies later in the game saying...

Good Day, I would like to assure you that this review is honest and as transparent as it could possibly be. This is testimony from an actual client of Mr. Bailey and in no way was I paid or even asked to write this. With that being said I would like to say that my experience with Mr. Bailey as my attorney has been exceptional. Mr. Bailey cares about his clients and has made this process extremely smooth for me. I’m not use to the process of court proceedings, but along the way Mr.Bailey displayed extreme patience and willingness to explain anything I did not understand step by step on multiple occasions. He has done what was needed to protect my confidentiality, as well as worked with my budget which in the middle of the pandemic was a great help to my family and I.

Being honest there were times in which I felt like the communication was not as swift as I would have like it to be, but once you retain Mr. Bailey if this is your first time in a situation like this such as I you have to remain patient. Mr. Bailey along with any attorney you retain are very busy sometimes in court back to back as well as maintaining their personal life just as us all. There has not been an instance where I have contacted him and he has not got back to me within at least 48 hours.
