I would not recommend this place to anyone. I bought a grinder from this store for $30. At the store, everything looked great, but when I got home and tried to use it, it started giving problems. The grinder gets stuck, and it’s hard to open. I took it back to the store, but I was told that I was supposed to check everything at the store, which I did, and return it the same day, but I couldn’t. The store refused to provide a refund or exchange. I will never shop at this place again.

Update: I went back and, after much convincing, the store allowed me to exchange the defective grinder for a different one for an additional $10. Because of this resolution, I’ve updated my rating from one star...

I purchased a glass water pipe. I noticed a leak at a seam ( manufacturer issue ). Called in then brought the pipe in to the store. The Owner would not refund of replace the pipe that he sold me 2 weeks ago, that won’t hold water. I’ve never had a piece not hold water. It’s clearly not broken. The owner went back and forth making excuses and lying. Saying that he tries all the pipes before they are sold. Therefore implying he saw it work. Insulting my intelligence. Terrible customer service. I hope you don’t get duped...
