Honestly, the only reason why I went in there today, which I’ve never been there is because there was a fundraiser that my granddaughter had for her high school. It was one day only it was all over the Internet you bring the ad in off your phone and they give a portion of the money you spend there to the fundraiser at Middletown North high school while I walk in and as I’m paying you show the ad on your phone and both of the employees had no idea that this was running today which is very pitiful. The girl that seemed to be in charge. Her name was Kate. She called the owner Nicholas and I believe he was clueless. Also, I went back in and asked what the owner said and she told me that they’re going to take a tally of what people spend and give partial to fundraiser pretty sad that nobody knew what was going on even the so-called if it was a manager, the owner never told them bad communication Nicholas, you should really donate to the north Middletown high school for your screwup and not Know A fundraiser for that school today that would be the right...

Decent ice cream if you buy the special flavors (goat cheese cherry is one example). Other basic flavors like chocolate, cookie dough are okay...not as creamy as you would like the ice cream to be. I have been to the Middletown store twice and I didn't leave with a good customer experience. One time I picked up three pints and the person behind the counter barely helped- packed the three pints I chose and didn't even clean them outside, didn't even write the name of the flavors on the pints and promptly whip the paypad to you for tip. I still tipped but it's embarrassing. Second time I went to try a new flavor and when I didn't like it as much to buy a pint the person behind the counter made a face. There are many more icecream places to go to....
