JOKE AS MANAGER. I took my phone for a battery replacement. When they returned it to me, the technician broke the back glass and refused to accept it. She insisted that the glass was broken when I dropped it off, which was a lie. After speaking to the manager, he agreed to cover the glass replacement because the technician had indeed broken it. However, they didn’t have the machine to replace it at the time because it was broken itself. Consequently, I had to wait for a month to have my damaged glass replaced.
the day I needed an answer about my back glass, which they had broken, I visited the store. Manager informed me that they would take my phone to Lubbock because they had the machine there. However, after another week, I called to get an update and the lady did not had an answer, the manager returned the call, he informed me that he wouldn’t cover the issue. He didn’t even take my phone to Lubbock. Instead, he took it to a different store here in Midland and essentially dropped it off for me to pay for at this store, They wanted me to pay for an issue they made.
I can’t be more specific about how useless this manager is. He needs to learn how to communicate. He should google the word “warranty” because he obviously doesn’t understand what it means. He should also hold his technicians accountable, to make sure they don’t destroy people’s personals items. I didn’t expect to pick up my phone with more problems than you dropped it off, and I don’t think I should be the one paying for this issue. Read moreLast experience I had manager didn’t meet my expectations or needs he told me I would have my watch and tablet fixed in less than a week, then after the so called week I tried calling and asking if they were done he said no, it took longer then two weeks for him to get them done he still couldn’t fix my watch tried giving me another one saying it was an upgrade but didn’t even hold its charge after we tried it for a day, my sons tablet cracked as soon I tried to put the case back on that was originally on it was a fire tablet from Amazon he said that I had to pay for another one since I broke it but to me when you buy the tablet it comes with case installed and it shouldn’t even crack if you take off or put it on in the first place if it’s a good screen, because how else would I put the case on it. He up charged me and tried to talk me into getting another watch but still wanted to charge me $75 more for my sons screen, I over payed $250 on both for it to just be done, which is way more then I should have spent on fixing screens, and still have them broke. He refunded me half but couldn’t fix my sons screen still after the time I waited for both I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SCREEN REPLACEMENTS!!!!!! Read moreI’ve been to these guys twice and both times I was very impressed. The first time I had a shattered iPad screen and I needed it fixed before taking my kids on a road trip. There were a lot of screens ahead of mine but they saw my desperation and worked with me to get it done on time! Fair prices and it was done within the week. A week or two later the same screen started jumping around. I thought it was a software bug and I tried everything in my power to fix it. I finally called them for help wondering if something was stuck under the new screen. The owner was SO kind and said “oh it’s just a bad screen come on back and we’ll get you fixed up.” Same day in and out no extra charge and I haven’t had a problem since. The second time I went there I needed an older iPad battery replaced. I called them in the morning and they said they’d have to order the battery bc they didn’t carry it. I hung up and started calling around other places for availability and pricing comparison. Well I determined later that day that they were offering me the best deal so I called back. The guy said they already placed their order for parts that week and he had gone ahead and ordered my iPad battery! It arrived the next day and it was replaced same day.
